Massive sliding glass doors to the covered outdoor patio with breathtaking Gulf Views! Accessible 3rd floor unit with elevator access, dining room seats 6, plus 3 barstools, open concept layout with generous fully stocked kitchen. Ample cabinets & countertop space with peninsula island is an eat-up breakfast bar. The living room boasts ocean views, high-speed internet, all rooms fully furnished, and stocked with towels/linens. Spacious private primary bedroom retreat offers sliding door access to patio, king sized bed, lounging chair and private ensuite bathroom with double sinks, roomy shower and 2 generous walk-in closets. The secondary bedroom offers 2 twin beds, closet and dresser. Full tub/shower hall bath. The sunny condo is rounded out with a convenient full sized washer, dryer laundry space, full stove/oven, over the range microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, pantry space, ample cabinets-fully stocked. Parking includes detached reserved 1-carport space as well as guest parking. Window treatments throughout. One level vacation living doesn't get any better than this! Enjoy the views, water, walkability, great food, easy access on and off the barrier island/key with lots to do! Tennis and pickleball courts onsite, heated community pool has outdoor tables/chairs/lounge chairs and private air conditioned clubhouse includes small library of books, ample tables for playing games and socializing. Spring Break 2025!

Had an amazing stay at the Siesta Breakers condo complex. The whole family had a blast! So many restaurants within walking distance, the beach was beautiful and only steps away. Communication with the owner was great. We will be back!

First time in Siesta Key

My husband and I loved this place! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything needed to make our vacation enjoyable and memorable. Ryan was so easy to communicate with. The view was spectacular. Restaurants right across the street. You really don't even need a car. Truly wonderful!

Perfect condo on Crescent Beach

Fantastic property. We wanted to stay “on the beach” and have access without having to cross the street. And that is exactly what this property is. Spend the and stay here and be 100% satisfied with your rental condo on siesta key. Crescent Beach is way better, smaller, and less crowded than siesta key public beach. Very easy-to-work-with cabana and chair rental company works here.

Great place and owner!

Ryan, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating to our needs! The condo is beautiful and stocked with all the needed essentials. Great location and exactly as shown in puctures. We were sad to leave!

Beautiful Getaway

Our first time visiting the Siesta Key area! The Condo is in a great location with beautiful beach views! It was clean, roomy, and equipped with everything we needed! We loved our time there and definitely want to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay

We have been coming to SKB for years and have stayed at a variety of different condos on the gulfside and this one was a family favorite!! Great location and view is spectacular!! Perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend and Ryan was easy to communicate with.

Ahhhhhhmazing!

The view from balcony would never get old. Great clean place with plenty of room. So nice having two bathrooms. Location and short walk to the beach was incredible! Loved that the beach was private and they had chairs set out every morning for you! Would definitely go back.

Siesta Key Vacation

The property was perfect for our trip! Very clean and comfortable! Stocked with extra blankets, pillows, towels, beach accessories (the towels and coolers were a big plus), and even a sewing kit which came in handy!! The private beach was beautiful and just a short walk. We loved our visit and we will stay again!

Wonderful Condo in Wonderful Location

This is the most well stocked condo I have ever stayed in which has been a lot. Recently renovated and very nice and spacious. The walk to the beach which is private is only 500' Ryan is an exceptional and very responsive host! I would love to stay here again!

Great location and beautiful beach.

Overall great place to vacation with family. Apparently people before us had stayed with kids. There were a few little broken things and some missed things on the cleaning process. Otherwise, the property was great and we would likely return back!

Wonderful place

Very cosy and relaxing place to stay. We loved the location, the amenities and the view! The unit was in impeccable shape and very gracious. Love the serrated building design allowing all units a view! Thank you!

Really nice place to stay and a quiet, calm, and pretty beach

Second year in a row staying here at Ryans place. The condo is very nice, and its packed with everything you need to travel light aside from clothes. The beach is private and has not been packed at all anytime weve been. Ryan is quick to respond if you have any issues and jumps tp get yoy sorted. Definitely recommend choosing here for your siesta key vacation. We prefer here over the actual siesta key beach since the water/,sand are the same and the walk is much shorter, and its much less packed.

Wonderful!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! The property is in a great location just steps from the beach. Having an ocean view from our room was awesome. The property had everything we needed when we chose to dine in (we purchased some groceries), but was also easy to walk to restaurants/bars across the street if we wanted. Definitely plan to go back in the future!

Exceptional Stay

This property is in an ideal location. The view from the balcony is perfect for watching the sunset, and it’s only a a one or two minute walk to the private and gated beach area. The unit was beautifully furnished and immaculate, and every single thing we could’ve wanted was provided (as well as many we hadn’t even thought of or didn’t expect). Communication with the owner was top-notch. There was a hiccup with the A/C on the first night, and the owner went out of his way to work with me to get it fixed for our group. I can’t say enough to convey how pleased we were with our stay.

Wonderful Vacation!

Our first time staying in Siesta Key, we had a wonderful experience. Beautiful view from the balcony, coffee every morning. The condo had everything we needed, clean and comfortable just felt like home. Great location, we were able to walk to restaurants. Ryan is an excellent host. We definitely will be coming back.

We had a great time. Ryan responded quickly with any questions we had. The master has two sinks so that was helpful. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Everything was perfect! Would stay here again.

Excellent condo

We had an amazing time! Condo was perfect. Clean and stylish, packed with anything you could need. Private beach, which is a plus on a crowded weekend. Walkable to several restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Host replied immediately to any questions. Definitely recommend. We felt like we were home.

Paradise on Siesta Key

Beautiful private landscaped property on the ocean. Great location on Siesta Key with a beautiful white Sandy beach with a private beach entrance. Close to many restaurants. Gated community with a private covered car port. Large pool on property also. Rental looks exactly like pictures. Numerous supplies and amenities. Large kitchen with everything you would need to cook. Dishwasher and large washer and dryer. Nice outdoor patio with ocean view. Renter easy to reach and work with and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely rent here again !

Siesta Key Gem!

This condo was extraordinary. Safe, secure, clean, loaded with comfortable high quality furnishings and beds. We dined in all week and loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy every meal without any compromises. It is just steps away from Siesta Beach, thru a private gate, while the view from the condo filled our eyes with the sparkling gulf coast waters every day. Ryan was easy to communicate with, and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend this property and its owner Ryan. Thank you for helping us enjoy a great week in Sarasota!

50th Birthday get away

This place was amazing. Just steps away from the beach. No cross walks or roads to cross. The view was phenomenal!!! One of the greasiest features for me!!! The pictures do not do it justice! The decor was updated and gave me a beach vacation vibe. Very well stocked with just about anything you’d have in your own home. The master bedroom bed and the couches were very comfortable. There was definitely enough space to move about. We have stayed at other condos in this area and this was by far our #1!!!!

Absolutely awesome!!!!

This property was as advertised. Very spacious, very clean and a spectacular view! Ten wonderful days of relaxation. The owner is as good as it gets. Wonderful communication. Lots of paper products in the cupboard, saving us the need to purchase. Captain Curt's across the street was a nice bonus. Great Daquiris to go. It is also an Ohio State Backers bar. Watching the OSU victory over Notre Dame was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back.

40th Anniversary Get Away

We chose siesta breakers because it has direct access to the beach. This was our first experience in a condo; we typically rent houses. The location is great with its private beach. There were lounge chairs set up each morning on the beach for guest use. You could rent an umbrella if you wanted to, but it would have been nice if those were provided too. The condo itself was very well equipped with coolers, beach chairs, kitchen items and nice towels.The condo was clean. Ryan was very easy to communicate with. The condo management was quite friendly too. We had a rental car and to be honest we really didn’t need one. There is a trolley that will take you to the village and there are restaurants with music and shops within walking distance. I really was so nice being directly on the Gulf. Thanks Ryan for sharing your condo with us.
