Kitchen was totally equipped and ready for use. We used 5 of the bedrooms and everyone said they had the most sound sleep in a long time! We all met there very easily, coming from 4 different states to attend a family wedding. Location is perfect. I absolutely recommend this wonderful home for any occasion!

Cute home near downtown!

This house is absolutely adorable! Plenty of room for large groups, amazing kitchen, and great game room. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here and would 100% book here again. We honestly spent the majority of our time hanging out on the front porch and when we weren’t there, you could find us all playing games in the living room. Overall great place to stay and great host!

A graduation gathering

My family and I had a great time at this property as we gathered for our youngest son’s graduation! The house had enough rooms and bathrooms to take care of everyone. The property was clean, well located, and fun. The property manager was communicative and helpful. The arcade games were a fun bonus! I highly recommend!

Perfect for an extended family getaway

We had a wedding in Knoxville and we had three families that wanted to stay together. This was a perfect setup. The house gave plenty of room for everyone. The arcade games were also a hit! Location was also great. It was minutes away from everywhere we needed to be! Would gladly recommend for large groups!

Third floor Sauna

The third floor was a sauna even when we turned the air conditioner on in the winter.

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay, Helen. This is the first we've heard you had any issues with the third floor and are very sorry if you were not able to get the area cooled down. While warm air certainly rises in this historic home, we do have adequate heating and cooling and the smart thermostats located on each level should allow full control over the temperatures at any time.
