"Blue Birdie" is child-friendly. It is situated with no steps leading to the front door - there are no steps to be climbed to move about the house on the main floor (which includes 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms).

THIS HOUSE IS JUST UPDATED WITH NEW KITCHEN, ARCADE, FLOORING, BATHROOMS, FURNITURE, DECOR, AND LINENS!

There is a king-sized bed in the huge, 2nd floor primary bedroom, with a gorgeous view of the golf course out the back window and off the deck. The primary bedroom has exclusive access to the sunny deck and has a double-sink, private bathroom with walk-in shower. The primary suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy!

A queen bed is in the first-floor primary suite with a sliding glass door to the back patio with outdoor tv. There is an all-new attached full bathroom (with a walk-in shower) that is stunning!

Built-in bunk beds (4 total beds: 1 twin bunk bed and 1 twin XL bunk bed), make up the large guest room on the main floor and is just around the corner from the third full bathroom. The décor is just delightful and makes guests feel at home!

The living room has a large sectional for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. The living room also has a 70" Roku/smart TV .

This privately-owned home has an entirely new, large kitchen with quartz countertops, a tile backsplash, and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine is available as well as a traditional coffee maker.

The outdoor space at "Blue Birdie" is super fun! A patio spans the backside of the house, complete with a dining table (seats 6), an additional seating area, and a foosball table. The backyard is the gorgeous Links golf course. The sunsets are truly spectacular, giving you a private sunset view each and every night from the patio or the upstairs deck off the primary suite. The patio off the kitchen has relaxing chairs. So much fun!

We will send you a link to our proprietary online guidebook after you book with us. This guidebook was 100% compiled by us, your hosts, and includes 15 main sections of information, 53 sub-sections of content, 45+ activity suggestions, and 50 dining recommendations. We compiled the information in our guidebook from our own experiences, recommendations of our prior guests, and input from Sandestin® Resort locals. The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their young family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the brand new golf cart, a full-sized washer and dryer in the home, power stations on each nightstand, brand new appliances, high-end bathroom amenities, beach chairs, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.

* This property gets regular pest treatment as part of the HOA.
* Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security doorbell and cameras outside the home that record video and audio of those entering the home from all doors. There are no devices inside of the home.
* Golf cart keys will be left out for guests after liability waivers are signed and returned.
