Other things to note:

* 4 guests is max occupancy
* Resort amenities including heated pool and hot tubs-use of the all seasons center is AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is no lifeguard on duty.
* Guests must be 25+ to book (children with parents welcome) ID must be provided to complete booking.
* Wood burning Fireplace-guests must provide firewood. Any unauthorized fire, including candles, will result in a $100 charge, plus any damages that were incurred.
* This unit is located on 2nd floor. No elevator, only accessible by stairs.
* No smoking, no parties, no air conditioning (but it rarely gets above 78 degrees)
* No pets-if you bring a pet into the property, you will be asked to leave with no refund and charged a $250 cleaning fee
*The condo resort observes quiet times from 10pm-8am
* During the winter months, 4 wheel drive or snow chains are strongly encouraged on the mountain.
* Security deposit hold required
* Must sign a rental agreement


Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable; we recommend getting travel insurance in the event that you cannot make it, or loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we cannot grant refunds outside of our existing cancellation policy.

In case of inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs or unforeseen circumstances, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We can not guarantee the availability or condition of each amenity.

Great rental, my daughter loved all the amenities and was a quick drive to Beech Mountain. Would definitely stay here again. Owners were also very responsive.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The amenities are pretty awesome. Sitting in a sauna felt great after playing in the snow. The view of the mountain was amazing. You can watch the skiers come down the slopes. Lots to do in the area and great food. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous location!

Stayed here for a weekend while we were in town for a wedding. Very clean, had all the amenities we needed, easy communication with the owner and clear instructions at check in and check out. Would highly recommend!

Just returned after a stay in the fantastic condo Janyne is wonderful. Answered all our questions Both before and during our stay The condo was very clean and the furniture looked brand new anything we needed was close at hand Location was great walkable to a few restaurants View of the slopes was good very comfortable place to stay we will be back

Beech Mountain Escape

Our family had a great stay at this condo. The mountain views were awesome and the condo itself was very clean with enough room for the four of us. It was updated, cozy and tastefully decorated and we felt right at home. Our host made timely check-ins which was appreciated. This is definitely one of the better condos in the complex.

Great weekend stay!

Jayne was extremely kind and answered all our questions! Despite being just shy of the 25 or older requirement, she made an exception for me and my friend as I am about to move away and not be able to take trips like these anymore. Couldn’t ask for a better host and better accommodations!

The condo looked just like the pictures. Very clean and tastefully decorated. A little snow time

A fun weekend playing in the snow. Condo is super clean and beautifully decorated. View of the ski slopes from balcony was amazing. Walking distance to restaurant, a brewery, kids sledding hill, and Fred's Mercantile. We will definitely stay again.

Great getaway

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean & nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a feast. I had many questions prior/after booking, the host was responsive and answered all my questions. The drive up was great, beautiful views of the mountains. Will definitely book again!

Excellent stay! Great communication from owners. Clear directions. Perfect for having 2 little kiddos. Walking distance to play ground, swings, and public sledding hill with access to indoor pool. Will definitely be coming back!!

Mountain vacation

Overall very good experience. Home away from home, good view from balcony. Wish the bathrooms had exhaust fans. The microwave was not cleaned but cleaner may have forgotten. Rating 4.5 out of 5. Sure will rent in future and recommend others.

Cozy, centrally located condo

The 2nd floor condo is located in the heart of Beech Mountain. Entry was easy and the owner was very responsive. The space was cozy and good for our family of 3. They had towels for pool and sauna. The condo is quaintly decorated. We had almost everything we needed in the kitchen. The community facilities are a bit dated but we still enjoyed pickle ball and the sauna.

Cozy, well-appointed condo w/ great attentiveness from host

We were in the area for a wedding reception in Banner Elk. The location was great and the setting glorious but, more importantly for purposes of this review, our particular condo was cute, cozy, comfortable and well-appointed. While we didn't have a chance to use them, we were impressed with all of the gear provided for the various activities in the condo complex. This may not matter to most folks, but I personally loved how dark I could make the master bedroom at night by using the blinds and the curtains. We didn't have a lot of questions, but our host was very responsive and welcoming to the questions we did have. The photos and description match the place, which is always nice. :) I definitely would stay again.

After living near the Canadian Rockies for 22 years, and relocating to Florida, we decided we wanted a little piece of our mountain roots, we fell in love with Beech Mountain and area. When we discovered this little gem, near the ski slopes, incredible mountain view, so cozy and comfortable-we just knew it was the place we wanted to make a vacation home that we could share with others. Because we have such a deep connection to the mountains, we want others to get an opportunity to feel this serene, calm, and beauty of the mountains too. We know this property is a gift for us to share with those that rent it. We invite you to relax and enjoy the beauty that will surround you here.

You will have our cell phone number and are able to text with any questions. We also provide a detailed Online Condo Manual and Beech Mountain Guidebook prior to your stay with all the details you'll need to know on the condo and amenities as well as a local area resource guide on things to do. We hope that whether you're coming up for a romantic getaway, a girls' trip or a fun vacation with your family, we can make your experience as fun and memorable as possible!
