This beautifully restored historic home in the heart of Kittery blends classic New England charm with modern comfort. Thoughtfully updated throughout, it offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway, productive work-from-home stay, or extended visit to the Seacoast.

On the main level, you’ll find a bright, welcoming kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishes, glassware, a coffee maker, dishwasher, electric range, and a refrigerator with an ice maker—perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to full home-cooked meals. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats six.

Just off the kitchen is a cozy den with a dedicated work desk, full-size couch, Smart TV, and fast, free Wi-Fi—an ideal setup for remote work or catching up on emails while away from your office. A separate family room provides another inviting space to relax with a book or enjoy your favorite shows. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower completes the first floor.

Upstairs you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms and a dedicated laundry room. Two bedrooms feature queen beds with dressers and closets, while the third offers two twin beds—perfect for kids or additional guests. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves the second floor.

Wonderful location in a nicely appointed home. The hosts were quick to reply and the check in and out instructions were clear. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The location can't be beat, as you can walk into Portsmouth and into Kittery Foreside.

beautiful home great location right around the corner from the walking bridge to Portsmouth NH. loved having 2 seating rooms one in front house and one in rear. clean, comfortable beds and furniture. well-stocked kitchen. Close access to all Maine attractions. Hosts very responsive. Would recommend to anyone visiting the ME/NH area!

We had a wonderful stay in KitteryThe property is very well located you can just walk to Portsmouth across the bridgeThe street is very quietThe hosts have done an excellent job at maxmimizing the property it's an older house but they've done everything to make as comfy as possible. Checking was a breeze, bedding is great, THere were plenty of towels, a few family games, tvs, parking is easy, good fridge. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy Portsmouth (and Kittery) by walking distance.

This was our best VRBO experience ever. The home is very clean, comfortable and charming. All of the details listed are accurate. Both hosts responded in a very timely manner with any questions we had. It’s very convenient to downtown Portsmouth being either a 10 min walk or 2 min car ride. We will be staying here again for future trips!

This property has the New England charm! We absolutely love staying here it was very close to everything Kittery, Maine has to offer. Also very close to Portsmouth New Hampshire. The house is located in a quiet family, friendly neighborhood overall great experience and would absolutely stay again.

We loved this place! Amazing location - we walked to Portsmouth each day, but appreciated the quiet street and easy parking; having 3 bedrooms was great for our family of 5; the furniture and linens were clean and in great shape; the kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee (great after a long flight!); the host was easy to reach and answered questions quickly; plus, the checkout was super easy. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying here again.

This home had everything that our group of 4 adults needed for our stay over the long weekend, and it is well-located! The hosts are helpful and attentive, and it was easy to communicate with them. The home was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. We loved staying here! It was the perfect setting for our first visit to the Kittery/Portsmouth area—quiet neighborhood, but not too far from lots of shops, cafes, and gorgeous water views.

Amazing Location and Great Place

The location and proximity to Portsmouth & Kittery was fantastic; we loved the amenities and space overall. The only thing I wish was for another bedroom as we were working remotely (4 of us). With that said, it was nearly a perfect spot and I would certainly stay there again!

Moms weekend away

We had a fabulous time in Kittery for our weekend away. Steve and Jen were very easy to communicate with and made the check in and check out process very easy. The house is clean, spacious and has everything you need. The location is perfect to downtown Portsmouth. We had a great time!

This is a fantastic home nestled between downtown Portsmouth (.5 miles) and downtown Kittery (.4 miles). There are tons of things to do and experience from culture, dining, music, entertainment, shopping, sandy beaches and so much more!

Aside from being a beautiful home, the location is hard to beat. Just a short walk across the famous Piscatacqua River where you'll see and large ships coming in and out. Quite a sight to see!
