We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The location was great and the view was beautiful. The cabin was exactly as described. Will be looking into staying agian.

Beautiful cabin with an even better view. We loved our stay! The property is just as described - note that the back yard is very steep and there isn't much room for any type of yard games, which was as expected. Loved the deck, kids area and all the space.

We enjoyed the view and the house was set up very well for our family. The kids loved the bean bag toss and kayaks. The evenings were perfect sitting around the fire!

Awesome Stay

The cabin was clean and ready for guests upon arrival. Lots of great amenities with lake access perfect for going out on the water. Would recommend to any medium sized to large group.

Beautiful Place

Beautiful home- amazing view! Plenty of room for large groups, very private. Great for adult groups- close to town which has several bars, restaurants, shops. Definitely recommend!

Leech Lake Lodge

We had a great stay on Leech Lake. The cabin was perfect for our group of 14. The dock and water area is great the kids loved playing in the water. Rick was great to work with he was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Place to Enjoy Leech Lake

My wife and I brought our family up for my daughters birthday and enjoyed a wonderful weekend on Leech Lake. The property is awesome, has all the amenities, with an amazing view. Dock and provided lift were great since we brought the boat along. Great place to relax, enjoy the lake, swimming, water sports, fishing, and more!

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our time on Leech Lake. The house was super clean, the kitchen very well stocked, and the view outstanding. The spaces work very well for a big group and the lake was wonderful. We loved the dock and the boat lift. We would go back!

Great for grandkids

Basement set up for kids. They loved having their own place to hang out. So did the adults at times… Boat lift. Great cabin.

Fishing stay

Place was perfect for our group. We set up a fishing trip on Leech Lake with 12 guys. There was room for everyone and the place was very clean. It was nice to have extra towels, shower supplies, and all of the kitchen items. Would love to stay here agan. Thanks, Jake

The listing made it seem amazing, not as listed. - Uncomfortable small beds, bedding and pillows - House cleaners left job undone. Lights left on. Vacuums still plugged in. Bathrooms weren’t finished being cleaned. - Oven does not work well, took cooking for a large group very long. - Dock is sketchy and crooked. We refused to allow the children in our group to even go on it. - Listing made it seem like the water was clean and swimmable off dock. It is nasty. Lily pad is slimy and disgusting - Sofa sleepers no longer in the rooms but listing not updated. Made it difficult for ours groups with small kids. Disappointing. - Lengthy check out list considering the high cleaning fee. I’ve never had to strip beds at a VRBO before. - Check in times were very late and check out was very early, especially considering laundry and dishes needed to be done. -Cabin is listed to sleep 10 people but there’s no where for 10 people to sit. Livings rooms had 1 tiny couch each. -“clean” dishes were filthy in the cabinets. -there was only 2 garbage bags for us to use -master bedroom doesn’t have window coverings, called for early wake up call Overall we were disappointed in our stay.

Kayley, I'm sorry you didn't have a better experience on your vacation. As we discussed at your arrival, I'm so sorry our housekeeper forgot her vacuum there and didn't get the bath mats put back in place. We offered to come back out the afternoon of your arrival to pickup the vacuum and take care of anything needed. You declined. I sent you a text the next morning asking for feedback on the housekeeping and any other issues that need to be addressed. I did not get a response from you, nor did I hear from you the rest of your stay. We inspected the dock after your departure and found it had been hit by a boat, knocking it out of alignment. If you would have notified us, we could have sent our dock service people to reset it while you were there. Perhaps you're not familiar with MN lakes, based on your comments (lily pad, etc). When it's windy out of the north, you can get weeds cloudy waters from the waves. As you know, our shoreline is rocky and not suitable for entering the lake. That's why we have a stair at the end of our dock which has a nice sand bottom, 2-3 feet deep, where our lily pad is located, and is ideal for swimming. We have seating for 12 on our deck, 6 on the porch and 6 in the greatroom. There is seating for 8 in the kitchen/dining area and we have an auxiliary table with another 6 folding chairs you can setup where needed. It takes 9 - 12 hours to properly setup between guests and a 10 am checkout and 4 pm check-in is the norm for a home of this size.
