View was great. Didnt realuze it was a condo/apartment. Was not as large as it appeared in photos. 2 rolls of 1 ply toilet paper. 1 cube for dishwasher. 2 small soaps.More of a value hotel experience. The most positive thing I can say is the staff were great and the view!

This condo was so gross. We had to go and buy cleaning products to even be able to stay here. I have a 1 year old who is just walking and his feet were black within 5 minutes of being there. I would not book this ever again. Dead bugs and dust were everywhere. The dust was so thick and several places. Worst stay for the price. Do not stay here if you want something clean.

So very sorry you did not contact us once during your stay. The condo had been vacant for a couple of weeks - and each property is cleaned thoroughly after each guest departure. We would have had our housekeeping return immediately to make things right for you - but not once did you reach out to us and we value communication. We are sorry that you had a terrible Labor Day weekend in Galveston. May all your future travels be amazing. I am truly confused that you were unaware that this is a condo as the listing states: "You will have exclusive use of the entire condo-and share the pools,hot tubs,fitness center,tennis court and grounds including BBQ pergolas,fish cleaning station and a multitude of outdoor spaces with other guests and residents of the Victorian condominium complex"

Quick Weekend Trip

This property was great, exactly as listed. Location was perfect and check in was easy. The weather was not ideal, but the heated pool saved the day for the kiddos! We would definitely rent this property again.

Nice Galveston Condo

This condo in Galveston is a great place to stay!! It’s right across the street from the beach and has two nice pools you can swim in. We were there with two other couples and the condo had plenty of room for all of us! Decorated in beach decor, so you definitely feel the beachy vibe when staying here!!!

Family trip

Our stay was good. I only suggest a more stable bed in one of the rooms. It felt like it was going to break everytime we sat on it. We also got air fresheners because the smell was musky and strong. Other than that the stay wasgood

Comfortable condo

The condo seems to have been recently remodeled. We loved the environment the upgrades created. Very clean and relaxing. We loved been able to see the sunrise from our window. We are very grateful for our time!

Condo was really nice and clean. Two elevators were out of order while we were there. The only issue with the condo was with the fold out bed with the couch. The mattress was extremely thin, and you could feel all the metal and springs in the mattress. The mattress on the couch was terrible. The beds in the bedrooms were great though.

Awesome Condo!

This condo is located at the front of the complex, with a direct view of the ocean, which is just across the street on Seawall Blvd. The unit is clean and beachy. My grand daughter really appreciated the bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom, which is really just a big open space near the front door, located in a recess. Really cool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms (1 full bath and one half bath) were conveniently connected, with multiple doors for privacy options between the bathroom components. And the mattresses were super comfortable, maybe even more comfortable than my home mattresses, which were not cheap.

Great location!

My only complaint is the walk across to the beach makes me anxious! However that is Galveston’s problem. The walk signal doesn’t stay on long enough for some slow walkers!! The location was a perfect spot to get to everything I was trying to do. It worked out really well we went with my MIL and SIL and my mom. This would be a great spot for family with kids easily!

Not sure why this guest left a negative review as she enjoyed her stay so much that she requested (and was given)_late check out. She did not make us aware of any issues or concerns during her 5 day stay at all, the only communication from the guest was to request that late check out over Memorial Day weekend. We find it interesting that someone would have such a review with zero comments and not once contact their host. We have many communications with our guests prior to arrival - both in writing and on the phone - and ensure that each guests has multiple ways of reaching us during their stay. It can only be determined that this guest is best suited for hotel stays.
