This newly remodeled 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom ground floor condo overlooks open space. It is blocks to Downtown Eagle Ranch. Short walk to Colour Coffee, Movies, Restaurants and more. Access Trails steps from your door to mountain biking and hiking heaven. It is 10 minutes to Frost Creek and 25 to Beaver Creek. It has all brand new appliances and is ready for you to come enjoy. Will allow seasonal rental for winter season. Eagle Registration # 202400153.

The condo was very clean and well appointed. The location is wonderful and it's a short walk to excellent shops and restaurants. There is also a fantastic walking path - great for jogging, walking, and biking - right out side the door!

Location location location, golf weekend at Eagle Ranch GC and walked everywhere. Great little downtown w great restaurants. Clean and all the kitchen amenities you could want.

A beautiful, updated condo perfect for family and friends. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for prepping Thanksgiving. The location is ideal to local restaurants and trails. We can’t wait for a return visit.

If we could give more than 5 stars we absolutely would! This condo was everything we hoped for and more. The location is perfect-just a short walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and an incredible walking/running path with beautiful mountain views.The condo was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Our host was fantastic—quick to respond, friendly, and made the entire process effortless. Honestly, we barely had any questions because everything was explained so clearly.We loved every minute of our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect mountain getaway!

Stay was wonderful and relaxing. House just as advertised. Landlord was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely look for this place on our next trip to Eagle area.

Perfect location and condo for our two week stay!

This condo is clean, modern and gorgeous. The location is steps from countless walking trails and restaurants. Super cute area, quiet and gorgeous views. I would highly recommend-we loved it and if we ever have time...would love to spend more time in Eagle!!

Fabulous Eagle Family Second Home

This condo is immaculate and in a fantastic family neighborhood. The owner went out of her way to welcome us in a very challenging family time. We will never stay anywhere else while visiting our family!!!!! Thank you for everything!!!
