You’ll love the SPACIOUS OPEN LAYOUT with AMAZING LANAI with glass floor to ceiling windows that slide open to floor to ceiling SCREENS allowing a full peaceful open space completely surrounded by palm trees and other vegetation allowing for full privacy and comfort in all seasons. The kitchen, built for those who LOVE TO COOK OR ENTERTAIN, equipped with EVERYTHING you need, a gas stove, a three-door refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Smart TV sets in both the living room and master bedroom. Third TV available in guest room but not connected to internet. Gas golf cart included with your stay. Separate room with Washer/Dryer, ironing board/iron. You’ll want to spend lots of time enjoying the VILLAGES LIFESTYLE. We really enjoyed out stay at this property. The host is very attentive and checked in on us during our stay. The home is well appointed and the beds sleep well. I really enjoyed the private Linai in the mornings with my coffee. It is located in a great location, and the host also provides a golf cart. I will definitely stay again (if available). Book early as this property goes fast.

Several things stood out for us. … the home was very clean and well supplied… the location was great to access several recreation centers and very near Sumter Landing…. the sliding glass enclosed porch was cozy, well decorated and great place to spend time… the host, Caroline was very informative and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She provided us with a written overview of the house operation, house rules, and suggestions on things to do.

Amazing vacation home!

Our stay was amazing! The house had everything and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cooking utensils you would need. The best part of our stay was the awesome host. She was very attentive and was easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Awesome place and owner

The property was very nice, clean and well appointed. Caroline was wonderful-we had one little issue which (was NO FAULT of hers) and she immediately dealt with it, even brought over a nice bottle of wine......would stay again and recommend staying there. a great neighborhood too!

I have been renting my properties through VRBO for over 7 years in Boston and now I have one for you to rent here in the Villages!
