This was the cutest little cottage--perfect for me and my two grandsons for spring break. The beach is within walking distance. Many restaurants and coffee shops only a stone's throw away.

Check in and out process was super easy, everything about the apartment was clean and well maintained. Location in the vibe district was great, low noise, area itself was clean, and the apartment is right next to a few little cafe/restaurants. A very easy walk to the beach, and for a great price to rent for a full week. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

This is a very nice first floor apartment with convenient parking and very walkable to the boardwalk. The beds were very comfortable!

Very nice place. Penny was very helpful and responsive. Short walk to the beach and bikes on property were a nice touch and made for some unexpected fun for the family.

Parking was easy and private which is definitely a plus at the beach. The vrbo is 6 blocks from the beach and the owner does provide a variety of beach cruiser bikes with locks, and a basket for you to use. Some of the bikes were rusty so it was difficult to adjust the seat, but they were very fun to ride.The Vrbo itself was very clean and quite tastefully decorated. The host provided plenty of towels and toiletries, a full kitchen with all basic utensils and a variety of dry spices as well. The fan in the kitchen didn't have a remote, but once we realized we could turn the AC off heat to cool it wasnt a problem at all. The host also provided plenty of extra beach towels, board games, adult coloring books, literature, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. She also kept an extra quilt which came in handy because me and my partner fight over blankets.The TV in the master bedroom was a little difficult to get to work. The remote was very finicky, but the tv in the living room worked beautifully. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable, as was the couch. The Vrbo is wheelchair accessible for the most part, and the owner keeps a service dog tether on the fridge. My partner is disabled and it was very nice to see her happy that someone preemptively provided accessibility features. The host was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. She even recommended some local events to try.

Great stay!

I had a wonderful time at this location. 10mins walk to the beach and it’s located in a nice neighborhood. Definitely would stay again.

Awesome!

This was our first family vacation and this was a perfect spot. Great distance from everything. Mostly within walking distance of most things or a very short drive !
