Great spot if you want to visit Virginia Beach. Everything within walking distance. Make sure you bring your entire piggy bank with you as prices for anything in that area like food and drink are border line price gouging!

We stayed a couple days here with our kids. Place is as-advertised, clean and well-stocked. Easy walking distance to the beach and next door to a great coffee shop. Would stay here again.

Host replied quickly and was very kind. Place is beautiful and only about 3 blocks from the beach. Very clean (which is hard to do when sand is involved!) and provided many useful amenities. The beach cruisers were helpful for getting place to place and there were plenty of towels for everyone who stayed. Parking was easygoing and the place is located close to all sorts of attractions and restaurants. Would stay here again!

This was the cutest little cottage--perfect for me and my two grandsons for spring break. The beach is within walking distance. Many restaurants and coffee shops only a stone's throw away.

The check-in process was smooth and easy. The location was very convenient to different shops, restaurants and the beach. There were a few minor issues however they didn’t effect our stay. Most definitely will be booking here again.

The property was exactly as it was described in the VRBO app. We fixed breakfast in the rental every day during our stay. There was a variety of dishes & pans. The only thing that would have made it better was a toaster. Very clean & plenty of towels & bathroom toiletries. Beach bicycles & other beach items available to use. Wi-fi was a little iffy but we spent most of our time out doing things so it wasn't a big deal for us. Parking was right in front of the door which was very convenient. Communication with the host was great. She responded to us within a few minutes if we had questions. I would definitely recommend this property & would rent here again if we ever go back to this area.
