Modern Lake Anna Cabin with TWO King Suites
Welcome to Cedarhaus LKA — located in a private, lakefront community on the public side of Lake Anna.
Situated on 1-acre of wooded land, this newly remodeled cabin boasts an updated kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar, two separate living areas, high-speed internet, open floor plan basement w/ wet bar, shuffleboard table, and multiple outdoor areas to enjoy including several decks, a patio, and a fire pit area.
Guests can enjoy a short walk or drive (.7 miles) to the lake and three different common areas, a beautiful shared community beach, tennis/pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts, two boat ramps w/ parking, a nature trail, and picnic areas.
This rental property has the added feature of exterior security cameras. Guest acknowledges that these cameras are located on the exterior of the house, motion activated, always on, and are capable of recording sound. Deactivating or tampering with exterior security camera system is prohibited.
House Rules
- Guest must be 25 years old to book.
- The rental property shall not be occupied by more persons than the booking lists.
- Parking of guest motor vehicles and trailers is only permitted on the gravel driveway. Parking on the street or adjacent driveways is prohibited. Overnight parking in common areas is not permitted.
- No pets are allowed in rental property.
- This is a non-smoking property. There is absolutely no smoking permitted inside of the rental property or on the decks and patios.
- All trash must be bagged and placed in provided trash receptacle.
- Guest acknowledges that the rental property is located in a residential neighborhood and will be courteous and respectful to neighbors. Quiet hours are effective seven (7) days a week from 10PM to 8AM.
- The rental property is located in a gated lakeside community. Two (2) access cards will be provided to Guest during stay. If access cards are not returned, guest agrees to pay a $100/each replacement fee.
- Guest will be required to provide vehicle/driver information to register vehicles and obtain a temporary hang tag to display during stay.
- Per Louisa County regulations, events, rentals, Special Occasion Facilities and related uses are prohibited, except with valid conditional use permit according to Louisa County Code.
- If arriving after staffed gatehouse hours, guest must message host to coordinate arrival.
- Please keep doors closed to keep bugs and critters out.
