Welcome to our delightful two-bedroom condo, just moments away from the pristine white sands of Great Bay beach. Situated conveniently on Phillipsburg's renowned front street, it's a short stroll to shopping, groceries, bars, restaurants, and the boardwalk. Enjoy a tranquil escape with stunning beach vistas from your balcony. Beach essentials like chairs and umbrellas are provided, with jet ski rentals available.

THE SPACE:
Perched on the 2nd floor with elevator access, this spacious condo boasts two bedrooms, each with its own TV and balcony. The master bedroom includes a full bathroom with an astounding view of the beach. Air conditioning ensures comfort throughout. The charming living room features a comfortable seating area with a pullout queen size bed and TV.

HIGHLIGHTS:
The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances and conveniences, with a dining area seating six. A private parking spot is included. Come and immerse yourself in the beauty of island life, with breathtaking beach views and stunning sunsets.

Our host was very welcoming and responded immediately with any questions we had for him . . The condo had everything we could possibly need and the location was incredible! We felt very safe and the beach in front of our condo was the best one we had visited

Very clean and spacious condo with a great view and beach and great air conditioning. Our host Matt worked hard to restore the internet after about 4 days. The couch and main bedroom mattess are in need of replacement. All else excellent!

Amazing stay

The place was very clean when we first arrived. Nothing at all was complicated and great communication with the host. This was a great spot as there were many things to do. Just a walking distance to stores and the boardwalk. I would definitely book again.

Ideal location for quiet night

The view was amazing! Every morning was peaceful, sitting outside with coffee. To the left, we caught a bit of the sunrise, and to the right, a stunning sunset over Fort Amsterdam.The condo was spotless, on the 2nd floor with a small elevator (and wide stairs). The fully equipped kitchen had both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Body soap and hand soap in bathrooms. Hair dryer. The washer and dryer worked great. Bath towels were high-quality, and beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella were provided. Beds were very comfortable. Individual AC in each room kept everyone comfy!The front balcony faced a quiet street at night, while the back balcony was oceanfront. This location is at the far end of the beach, away from cruise ships. They arrive around 8 AM, but most people don’t come this far, so the beach remained peaceful.We rented a car to explore the island but found we loved Great Bay Beach the most—it was the calmest.Matthew was attentive, communicated well, and responded quickly to questions. Parking was easy, with a reserved spot behind the condo gates. The building had a locked keypad entry, and we always felt very safe—both at the condo and throughout the island.A short boardwalk leads to the cruise ship area, where vendors are open during the day but close by 5 PM. The area is quiet at night, with only a few restaurants open. Double Dutch Café on the boardwalk has essentials, and Sunny Foods, a larger grocery store, is just a 5-minute drive (open 8 AM–8 PM,
