Very nice beach home

Beautiful home that was a 10 minute walk to beach. Even our toddlers walked it fine. We loved the separate floors with a small living area downstairs that had a little kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and utility area that was perfect for our kids and grandkids with a new baby. Owner was great and let us k ow all the info we needed about the property up front. Well stocked home too!

This home is in a great location. It has plenty of amenities and space and the owners are very kind and responsive. But under the surface, it needs a serious deep cleaning!

Gorgeous stay on Oxnard Shores

Ample room for 8 individuals; excellent kitchen supplies for preparing our own meals. Lots of linens & blankets. We didn't use any of the facilities like barbecue or jacuzzi or the fire place, but we enjoyed sitting on one of the balconies (it was too windy to sit on the roof deck). The walk to the beach is very pleasant and doable (our age group was 87 - 53). Looking forward to the next time!!

Wonderful Weekend with Friends

Beautiful property with a very communicative host. Check-in process was smooth, and all instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The house provided ample space for all of us to spread out or gather together. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we have a girls trip.

House for the Whole Family!

The house was very good space. It accommodated the 8 of us; 3 couples and 2 children, with sufficient beds, bathrooms and seating. Also the proximity to the beach was great! The neighborhood back walkway is perfect for a morning stroll among beautiful botanicals! Kristy was a very responsive owner.

Location hard to beat

We loved the location of the property. We walked to the beach in 10 minutes several days. There were plenty of boogey boards at the property. Host was ver accommodating and wonderful. She reached out day we checked in to make sure we got in ok and promptly answered any questions I had. Will book again next time I am in town

Comfortable stay

Wonderful spacious house. Stayed for a military ceremony any the nearby Navy base. Plenty of room and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great home!

This house is perfect for families and friends. It's walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. The house is huge and had everything we needed. The owners are very responsive and welcoming. 10/10, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a Beach Getaway

Some friends and I drove up to Oxnard for a beach weekend and this house was perfect for it. The host was great at communicating and overall delightful to interact with. From the moment we walked in the door our only regret was only booking 2 nights. Next time we will be staying for longer!

We bought this tri-level beach house in 1996 and we LOVED living in it while our 3 children were very young. We moved just 3 miles away to be close to schools, etc., but never wanted to be far from the beach!! We recently began offering this home as a vacation rental and we will do everything possible to be sure you have an AMAZING vacation in our 'home away from home'!! (We also have a 2 bed / 2 bath condo in beautiful Palm Desert that you can see: VRBO Listing #19100)
