Charming home with wonderful hosts

We stayed 3 nights at Kurt and Melissa’s home for the Chattanooga 1/2 Ironman. Location was about 10 min drive to River. The beds were comfortable and the house although older, was very clean and the hosts take great care. Nice touches to make stay comfortable. Highly recommend for a family or couples.

Great place to stay!

The house is beautiful and comfortable. There were 7 of us and 2 dogs. Plenty of room for everyone and nice fenced in yard for the dogs. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. They also have dog bowls for your pets. Communication with the host was excellent.

5 day getaway

We had a great time in Chattanooga. The place was clean and well-maintained and central to every activity we did. Nothing more than 20 mins away. We’ll be back for sure!

Cozy with character

This was a one night stop on a 3 day trip. Their home is spacious, cozy, and has an abundance of charm. There were plenty of amenities including a washer/dryer room right off the back entrance, water in the refrigerator as well as a well appointed kitchen, and the softest sheets I think I've ever slept on. The fenced in yard was small, but adequate for a one night stay.

Family Stay for Lacrosse Tournaments

This was such a unique house! We had three adults, two teens and three kids with us. We all loved this house and we all fit comfortably. Kurt, the owner, was amazing with me before, during and after the trip and answered all my questions. This home was in a location that was central to the filed we needed to be at, downtown Chattanooga and Ruby falls. We would recommend this house to anyone staying in Chattanooga who appreciates historic homes.

I originally hail from the state of Ohio. I enjoy travelling and meat curing, skiing, biking, and meeting people.

As a former Rotary Exchange Student I believe that few things promote goodwill and friendship as well as travel and meeting new people.

I love walkable neighborhoods. This house is located in one of Chattanooga's best walkable neighborhood's of Highland Park. It has a park within eyeshot, a cafe within 5 minutes, and a large playground also just 5 minutes away by foot. My wife and I have always chosen to live in these kinds of neighborhoods and we're thrilled to be able to share the experience with others.
