This spacious family townhome has everything you need for an unforgettable Central Florida getaway! This group retreat showcases stylish modern decor, themed bedrooms, and high-end furnishings, plus a private, fully screened pool and patio. The Solara Clubhouse features a suite of resort amenities including a gym, sports courts, large pool, splash pad for the kids, and an ice cream scoop parlor. You'll also find the Solstice Bar & Grille here, open 11am - 8pm daily.

When you're not hitting the theme parks, laze the day away by the pool or lounge on the lanai with your favorite beverage of choice. Downtime spent indoors will be filled with entertainment with free high-speed WiFi and a smart TV in the living room for stream favorite shows and movies. An upstairs living area comes furnished with a sofa and smart TV for breakaway entertainment flexibility. The kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space and all the cookware needed for handling family meals with ease, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. There's breakfast bar seating for four and the dining table can accommodate up to eight.

A bedroom and shared, full bathroom are located on the main floor. Two upstairs bedrooms include private en suites and a shared bathroom is located the fourth bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV. There is also a half-bath on the lanai for poolside convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
