Dynamic newer construction home with high end finishes and furnishings. Perfect for your large group visiting Music City! This captivating and well-appointed home has plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable and also offers a very large and open kitchen/dining room/living room area to gather as well. Only 2 miles from downtown makes this home the perfect location for those wanting to experience all Nashville has to offer. Free parking.

- 4 Separate, private, and lockable sleeping spaces

- 3 Showers (2 walk in and 1 tub)

- 65" Big screen TV
- Private outdoor space

This home does not have access to a garage although there is plenty of available parking directly in front of the home and also with nearby guest parking spaces!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire three-story home which is 2,477 square feet. The home also includes a finely appointed and private outdoor balcony area. Certain closets are locked and are unavailable for guest access. I am available to assist in any way I can to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very quiet, calm, and relaxed. In fact, it is sometimes hard to believe the house is only 2 miles from Broadway Avenue! Starbucks within walking distance that also has drive thru window. Gas station with convenience mart and huge walk in beer cooler located within walking distance.

Getting Around:
Conveniently located just off of Interstate 65 makes getting to the home very easy and then exploring Nashville and the surrounding areas just as easy. Downtown Broadway is just a 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride away and it will only run about $6-$7.

Other Things to Note:
This community offers private security personnel on site on weekend nights.

The attached garage is not available for guests to access and is used as storage for the cleaning team (who access it from outside of the home), therefore you may hear the garage door opening occasionally as they enter from outside of the home to collect cleaning supplies. There is parking for one car immediately in front of the home, plus extra guest spots just about 50 feet from the front door!

Interaction with Guests:
We do not live onsite but are available as needed to make sure your stay is flawless.

The location was great and the space but the overall cleanliness was terrible it needed a deep clean desperately. The home was 85 degrees when we arrived and smelled musty. The one light in the master bedroom shorted out when we turned it on leaving no light in that room along with the outlet sparking. One of the bathrooms shower curtain had black mold, the dishwasher didn't work, a cabinet was missing a door. The shower doors in the downstairs bathroom didn't open or close properly causing someone to almost get stuck in the shower.

Great location, with ample amounts of beds and space for our group. We were doing educational tours and events through the 2 days, and really only slept at house. Never cooked food there, just rested and did some laundry.

Blake was very pleasant to work with and the house was very nice at first glance but once you got a good look, house was not very clean. Floors were dirty, shower curtain liner was moldy, bathrooms need a good cleaning and many repairs need to be made around the house.

The place was spacious and in a great location close to Broadway, Geodis Park, and other Nashville attractions. There was a small mix-up with the cleaners, but the host responded quickly and worked around our schedule to get it resolved as quickly as possible. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Spacious and clean, house has any appliances/utensils you might need. Location is close to downtown - quick uber ride. Parking at residence can be tough. We had large SUV and parking space is small. Had to park parallel to garage door. If people in other units don't, and there are cars on both sides of driveway, esp. large vehicles, you can potentially get blocked in. Very little by way of insulation so woken up multiple times each night by people in other units coming home. The shower doors on two out of the three showers didn't close right and the floor got soaked everytime someone showered. No sleeping in on check out day b/c you're required to launder any towels used and have them at least in dryer when you leave. That's tough with a 10am check out time and a house full of people using towels. Overall it's a nice place to stay and has what you would need. Walkable to some fast food restaurants, but walk includes crossing a very busy four lane intersection.

Was okay.. very out to date bunkbeds where horrible. The bathroom light did not work or the fan on the lower level. Lot of wear and tear needs to be updated. The ice machine on the fridge did not work we had to buy ice.

Property was perfect! There were eight of us and we had more than enough room. The house was clean. The layout was great. We were a little worried about the house being too warm after reading previous reviews, but we were actually cold! The host was very friendly and prompt with replies. We would definitely stay there again! 10/10 recommend!!

The place was nice. There were some minor maintenance issues. For ex: cabinet door broke off in kitchen, frame around master bath cracked, door knobs loose, gouge in hard wood floor. Other than that we all enjoyed the place and would return!

Perfect spot for a larger group

This place was massive. Huge living area and kitchen. Couch was really comfortable (I know I wouldn’t usually review a couch it was that good). We were a large group of 11 with teens kids and adults and it worked out well. Property has some wear and tear that you would expect from a rental but overall it was clean and everything was in working order. Blake the property manager was excellent. Very responsive and helpful throughout the stay with any questions we had. Close drive to Broadway and easy access to the interstate to head to the Opry or anywhere else you may want to go, or you could hop on a bus or an Uber. Parking was tight as we had three vehicles and there were a couple of other larger groups staying in the same complex. Would recommend for any larger group wanting to be close to everything but still wanting a little privacy and quiet time as well.

Huge house! We were able to have easy access to all attractions downtown. Easy access to grocery and express way. Had plenty of room to socialize and play games at the same time. Clean. Slightly run down from wear and tear.

The property was very nice. The owners were super helpful and friendly. I love the big open floor plan on the 2nd floor. Our coffee pot was broken and they had a new one there within the hour! Top notch service

Great Home Close to Downtown Nashville

I have worked in 5 different hotels within companies such as Starwood, Hilton and Marriott. I understand the stress sometimes brought on by travel and the importance of a peaceful, relaxing, and hassle free lodging experience and I have the background and knowledge to provide this for you and your group!

As for me, I stay pretty active with industry organizations, fitness, and going out a lot for dinner / entertainment. I love sports both in playing them and watching my Chicago Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks and Bulls. My newest endeavour is playing pickleball and I play A LOT of it!
