The backyard has a deck with lounge chairs, patio table and chairs, grill and bar. There is also a fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows. Enjoy a game of cornhole on the property! There is plenty of outdoor seating including Adirondack chairs for around the fire. The home is conveniently located within walking distance to Kenney’s Beach. Included with the rental are beach chairs, floats and a beach wagon. There are several vineyards within walking distance as well.
Enjoy a short trip to Greenport for shopping and dining along the harbor side. This property is easily accessible to Shelter Island.
