Piping Plover-A Classic Cape Cottage

This is your beach cottage, only a minute from the water! Piping Plover sits on a quiet, dead-end street in a private neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing vacation. It has a cozy living room for Scrabble or movie after a long day in the sun. The eat-in kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for a backyard BBQ. Enjoy morning coffee on the enclosed front porch, and throw open those windows to feel the morning wind. Beach gear available. Window AC units.

*Walking distance to Lewis Bay, the Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard ferries, downtown Hyannis and all it's wonderful restaurants

*Convenient to the rest of Cape Cod, after all, Yarmouth’s motto is “Cape Cod within reach”

*Backyard with plenty of seating, a fire pit, a charcoal grill, gas grill requiring manual ignition, and an outdoor shower (there is also an indoor shower)

*Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds, all new mattresses; linens and towels included

*Black out shades in both bedrooms

*Window fan and two window AC units available for your convenience

*Beach chairs, boogie boards, swim noodles, and sand toys in the shed for your use!

*WiFi included, a 39" flat screen TV with cable, a DVD player and plenty of our favorite movies, as well as books and games if quiet evenings are more your style

*Washer and dryer are located in the second bedroom and available for your use

Location, location, location

The house is as described in the pictures. It is located in a great quiet neighborhood, two minutes away from the private beaches. You can also drive to Main Street, Hyannis which has plenty of restaurants and shops. Bigger beaches are not too far and you can hit other fun towns. Lots to do! Loved the location, towns, and people were very nice. Rebecca was great! Quick to respond, plenty of Dunkin K cups, teas, and snacks! Beds & pillows are comfortable!!

Perfect cottage near the beach!

Super cozy and quaint cottage only steps from the beach. Very clean and hosts were super responsive when we reached out with a question. Great for our family of four- would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

We loved our time at this cottage. It is close to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were great at communicating with us and there were helpful guides in the house to help us plan our fun while we were there. My only complaint is that we didn’t plan to stay longer!

Cute Cozy Cottage

Great little cottage that is in a perfect location for quick access to ferries to the islands and for exploring the rest of the cape. Nice beach just a 2-minute walk away, we enjoyed going for walks on the beach and in the neighborhood. Hosts are great and quick to respond if you need anything. Very clean and had everything we needed for our time there.

Cozy, Comfortable and Super Clean

Our family and dogs stayed for 5 nights in this sweet beautifully renovated cottage. Although small square footage, we never felt in tight quarters. Played Uno on the porch every night. Very clean. Thank you Rebecca!

Perfect

This property was just what we were looking for for our long weekend in Cape Cod! Close to the Hyannis port where we were able to catch the ferries to both Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Also in close proximity to many beautiful areas in the Cape. The place was very clean and tidy and we felt right at home.
