Newly built with every modern detail in mind, this home is the perfect place to settle in and enjoy Newport Beach's endless summer with family and friends!

Complete with underground garage parking, elevator, brand new appliances/fast WiFi, and air conditioning, our home has everything one might need and is only 7 minutes walking from the beach. Restaurants, shops, bars, and more abound within walking distance in charming Corona del Mar.

Guests will love how spacious the home is, with plenty of space for everyone! Two bedrooms are located on the ground level, separated from the third floor master bedroom (looking out toward the coast with ensuite bathroom) by the main kitchen and living area.

There is truly no comparison to this brand new structure in Newport Beach - save for our sister unit next door, which can be rented together for groups larger than 6 or 7.

We can't wait to welcome you to Southern California, you won't want to leave!!

Great Stay!

Our family had a great stay and enjoyed the location. We’ve had 2 homes in Corona Del Mar so it was just like old times. Access was easy, the place was immaculate and comfortable. My only complaint would be that the first floor where the two rooms that my parents and son slept in were hard to warm up and got a little chilly at a night when the temps dropped a little. Otherwise, everything was as advertised and we would happily stay again!

We had a very bad experience and very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay, this was too to manufacturers and the condition of the house. I I request to have a representative from verbal calling me ASAP or to be provided with an official email of Verbo to communicate my concerns in my bad experience and my requests

Had Some Issues

Pros: very clean, modern appliances, plenty of kitchen equipment, bright, comfortable beds, nicely furnished, short drive to state beach. Property manager responsive to issues we encountered.Cons: code we were given to get through outer gate to complex upon arrival did not work (found one of keys we got from lockbox opened the gate); 3 story bldg with furnace on top floor did not provide sufficient heat to 2 bedrooms on bottom floor ( manager did offer to provide space heaters, but daughter and grandson found extra duvet and blankets to use); bldg is close to and faces nearby 4 lane highway with considerable traffic noise; private elevator stopped working last day there, and neither garage door remote would open door, so we could not access our car or load it to go home. Manager quickly had associate come by, but keys he had would not open garage door lock, so a locksmith had to be called to punch out the lock allowing us the enter. Found only 1 face cloth in bldg for 3 bedrooms. Only enough bath towels for 1 shower per person for 3 day stay. Could not find any extras.
