New Vacation Rental in the heart of beautiful Prescott Arizona. This Historic Cottage is full of charm and perfect for a romantic getaway or for a friends retreat. Perfect and private setting with a beautifully landscaped back yard that boasts pristine landscaping and a lot of lighted seating for dining outside or for entertaining guests. The home is a two bedroom, one and one half bath, with a family room and a sitting parlor. The home sleeps 4 comfortably with two queen sized beds. This home is walking distance to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and more. The home is registered on Prescott's Historic Register! Comfort awaits you and yours as you journey back into Prescott's wonderful past.

A separate contract will be required by Bear Creek Property Management and Associates LLC prior to guest check in.

Perfect location to town square

Beautiful home in the historic district. We really enjoyed staying in this place . Very comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and the historic town square. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely historical home.

Beautifully restored 1915 house. Close to everything. Clean and well furnished with everything you need.

Very pleasant stay in Prescott, Az.

We stayed at this property for nearly 2 weeks, and enjoyed the spaciousness, the cleanliness, and the location. You will find everything you need to make your stay very enjoyable. The only negative (which we realize can’t be changed) is the narrowness of the driveway. Very difficult to open car doors due to stone walls. All in all, we loved this historic home, and would stay there again.

Central location

Positives. Close to downtown, grocery and good restaurants. Prime location. The house itself was vintage and very comfortable. Minor negatives. It was missing laundry soap, dishwashing soap, dish washer soap and bath soap. The bathroom tissue was not adequate for my month stay. The laundry dryer worked the first time I used it but not the second and third. I did not bother the property manager with anything except the clothes dryer. I enjoyed my stay and wound rent again, if available.

Beautiful Prescott stay in a Lovely old home

My husband and I absolutely fell in love with this old historic house for our month stay, and being close to downtown area was nice. The only disappointment and unfortunate part of our stay, was total lack of cleanliness, and lack of responsiveness from the property manager regarding this, and a slow leak under the sink that I made her aware of at the beginning of our stay, in which I had a container under to catch andI emptied daily. Was told both theses issues would be looked into. Never heard another thing the rest of our stay. Day of check out I sent a photo of the list that I left for the cleaners of what had been done, as indicated to do in the binder of instructions at the house. I told her how much we loved the house and the time had gone to fast. I also message her with a reminder of the leak, and someone would have to continue to empty the container daily until it got fixed. Never got a response to any of it.

Hello Debbie, We are thrilled that you loved the house. However, your dishonesty regarding our responsiveness is alarming. I personally spoke with you on the phone and then emailed you on the VRBO site. I offered to send the maid service back in for very minor issues. You were very clear that you had already cleaned what needed to be done and we agreed that we would give you back your cleaning deposit. We also discussed the leak and you asked us to wait until you checked out as it was being handled by a bowl under the sink. I went forward with a work order for the plumber but he stated that he could not schedule with you. I did receive your list for the maids and I passed it on to them. I was unaware that you wanted a response to your email other than a thank you. Please call me and help me understand why you were dishonest.

The location is great it’s walking distance from down town and only a three minute drive to the rodeo grounds. The house is amazing and very comfortable.
