Welcome to our beautiful one bedroom beach apartment. The apartment has four units with different decoration styles, and is steps away from Pacific Beach and Mission Bay. This one bedroom unit is 490 square feet. Check out our other listings and pick the style you like! New AC and new TVs. The bedroom has one queen bed and the living room has one sofa bed. Folding crib is provided upon request. This unit is on the second floor and has a view of the shared yard. We hope our guest enjoy this gorgeous beach apartment. Anchors Aweigh!

***Disclaimer: the oven is temporarily non-operational. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are currently troubleshooting and will get the oven operating as soon as possible..

***PET POLICY***
DOG ONLY
GUESTS shall not bring any animals, birds, or reptiles of any description on premises. In consideration of permission by HOSTS for GUESTS bringing a DOG on premises, GUESTS will pay an earned and non-refundable pet fee $150 per pet. Maximum ONE dog per stay.

THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF DOGS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY DUE TO INSURANCE REGULATIONS/LIABILITY: ANY DOGS OVER 25LBS, AMERICAN PIT BULL TERRIER, AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIER, AMERICAN BULLDOG, CHOW, ROTTWEILER, DOBERMAN, GERMAN SHEPHERD, ANY MIXED BREED CONTAINING ANY OF THESE STRAINS OR ANIMALS SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED BY THE OWNERS HOMEOWNER’S LIABILITY POLICY OR RESTRICTED/EXCLUDED BY HOA, COA OR MUNICIPAL CODE.

We were excited about the proximity to the beach to enjoy our stay leading up to our wedding. However, this rental was in need of a deep cleaning. The property smelled of mildew, and there was grime on the sink and shower. The rental just was not in the condition as it appeared in photos.

Walk to beach with convenient parking. Wish we stayed longer to enjoy the beach chairs and patio area more.

This property was well located. It was a short walk from the ocean and from Mission Bay. Many restaurants and stores were nearby.The designated parking space was difficult to get into. There was a steep drop off into the alley. A car could be seriously damaged if the driver went over the edge.The smart lock code we were given did not work. It took over 30 minutes to access the unit because the manager was unresponsive.The unit itself was easily the worst short term rental that we have occupied in the many years we’ve been renting them in all parts of the country. Major issues included:The electrical outlets were inadequate and hard to reach. We noted unsafe usage of extension cords.The bathroom outlet was too high and did not appear to work at all.The hot water was scalding hot. It definitely violated safety standards.The kitchen had no counter space. The cabinets were so high on the wall that it was difficult to reach them. The sink was wedged into a dark corner and hard to access. The faucet was loose and installed backward.There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The clerestory window was seven feet high and impossible to open. There was no fan. When the drain cover was accidentally dislodged, black gunk poured out into the shower stall. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. The furniture throughout was old. The LVP floors were new and tasteful.All in all, this rental was not worth the money.
Unsafe use of extension cords throughout the unit.
Bathroom ventilation is nonexistent.
Leaking shower has damaged the wall and floor.
This is what passes as a kitchen. OK for pouring cereal into a bowl; not so great for cooking
