Property in good shape. Had a boat and the boat lift worked well however, the straps on the boat lift had barnacles and other foul material embedded on it. Please have guests leave the straps out of the water to prevent this occurrence

It works, needs some small improvements

The check in window is way too strict. If a party is leaving the same day as another party arrives, then I understand. There is no reason why if a party arrives early that they can't check in early if no one is leaving the same day. The management company did take care of the ant problem that was an issue. I would rent again but you need a grill available for the renters as I had to buy a small one which I left there

As soon as we got there the shower on the second floor would not shut and was unusable for the entire stay. I called the rental company and no one ever came to fix it. There is the bare minimum in the house as far as blankets & sheets. We had 1 roll of toilet paper in the middle bathroom which ran out before we left & also only 1 roll of paper towels for the whole stay. Then once we left they send me an email saying they’re charging us for ‘stains’ on items that are obviously old and some of it looks like they did not even try to wash it. And they’re trying to charge me 224 for an old bed sham, old towels, and a comforter that you can’t even see a stain on. Don’t waste your time, it’s obviously the owner and rental company just want your money to update the property.

We are sorry you had a disappointing experience. Our policies and procedures, along with suggested items to bring for your stay are included on the guest portal on our website. Further, we have time stamped photos of the condition of the property literally a couple of hours prior to your arrival and additional photos of the property immediately after your departure. Thus, the charges for guest damage are legitimate.
