You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home, with exception to the storage space on the first floor. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

The space

A comfortable sofa faces the widescreen TV and upright piano, creating a cozy spot for evenings together. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for home-cooked meals, from pots and pans to a coffee maker and blender, and a dining table with seating for six makes gathering easy. A washer and dryer are tucked neatly into the kitchen for added convenience, and fast Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace keeps you connected when needed.
Sleeping arrangements
With room for up to eight guests, the townhouse offers three inviting bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and soft linens. The primary suite features a king bed, private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third, located on the top floor, is furnished with a queen bed and two singles, plus sweeping ocean views. Each room is equipped with room-darkening shades, extra pillows, and ample storage space to ensure a restful night.
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are located on the middle floor. The en suite bathroom in the primary suite features a walk-in shower and vanity, while the second bathroom offers a combination tub and shower. Guests will find hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided for convenience.

Please be advised parking is limited to 2 full-size vehicles or three compact cars in the driveway only. Towing laws will be strictly enforced. There is no parking allowed on the grass or in other areas of the neighborhood. Recreational vehicles, campers, boats, trailers, trucks above 1/2 ton, commercial vehicles of any size, and buses should not be parked at this property.
Please take out all trash at the end of your stay. All household trash must be secured in sturdy plastic bags and placed inside the dumpster located at the south end of the property. All other items must be disposed of at the owner's expense. Please do not litter.
Due to strict HOA policies and rules, no pets or grilling are allowed.
• Bringing a pet will result in a minimum fine of $500. However, ADA service dogs are allowed. Please notify us first as we will need to inform the Homeowners Association.
• Gas Grills, Charcoal Grills, Electric Grills, Hibachis, or similar electrical devices are prohibited, and use of these may result in a fine. Grilling devices can only be used by named owners of the property under the Community Home Association guidelines.
