Luxurious Property New to Our Program! Recently Built in 2020! Oceanfront 2nd Floor Unit! With panoramic ocean views, this 3 bedroom 2 bath unit is sure to please. As you enter the property from the ground level the stairs will lead you to the 2nd floor. When you enter into the unit, the natural light from the huge sliding glass doors beckons you to balcony where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Ocean. From the balcony, the stairway gives you direct access to the beach to spend your days in the sea and sand.

Once back inside this custom kitchen offers high-end details from the appliances to the waterfall kitchen island integrating most efficiently with the dining table. The living area with a sectional sofa, a smart tv, and stunning fireplace, combined with the kitchen and dining, offers a great layout for entertaining friends and family.

The master bedroom is designed with built-in storage around the king size bed. With an easy lift of the mattress platform you will discover more storage; the perfect place to keep your luggage out of sight until it is time to return home. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with an inviting shower; no tub. The 2nd bedroom has queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bunk bed. The 2nd bathroom also has a shower only.

In the common area just outside of this 2nd floor unit you will find the washer, dryer, and ice machine. The ice machine is for guest renting this unit and the 3rd floor unit above. The ground floor unit and garages are not a part of the vacation/short-term rental. Please do not disturb the long term tenant on the ground floor. Please be considerate of other guests when enjoying free parking. Please use the outdoor shower before returning into the property after swimming or sunbathing on the beach.

*Please Note: The sliders open fully to bring the outdoors in...and nature's little creatures will fly in if you leave them open.

Exceeded Expectations! We'll be back!

Gorgeous property right on the beach. It was perfect for our family (parents, 5 year old and grandma) so everyone had their own room. The bunk bed was a huge hit with our son! The pictures truly reflect the actual quality and décor in the unit. Easy access into the building and 2nd floor has beach stairs off the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans and so much more. The bathrooms are stunning, all brand new and super clean. We were so impressed with the details and thoughtfulness that has gone into making this a fantastic vacation spot. We will 100% be back soon!

Great location, awesome apartment

Stayed on the second floor. Was amazing - great location with stairs right down to the beach. Parking out front very easy. Communications on access were great. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were awesome. Would very much come back to this property.

Great stay and will definitely book again.

A very nice and well equipped unit. For the first time, I have no complaints about the rental property we chose. Great views and right on the beach. There were no renters on the third floor during our stay, so I can’t comment about how quiet the unit will be with people above you. Great stay and will definitely book again. Might want to leave a few basic “how-to” instructions for the induction range top.

Mother Daughter Getaway

We went to celebrate our daughters’ high school graduation - six people total. The unit was absolutely perfect for us. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and steps from the beach. We loved sitting on the deck and the short drive to downtown Fernandina Beach. Tons of great restaurants. Amelia Island has a great vibe.
