Guest access
Community entry via the Residential Security Gate will be by a provided car sticker for ‘Residents Entry Lane.’ The house and garage (with remote opener) are accessible with the exception of some locked off personal storage drawers and cabinets protected by Child Locks.
Exercise equipment (use via signed responsibility waiver) in the garage includes a TV, fan, heater, yoga-Pilates rug area, stationary bike, free weights and a Bowflex 1000 with bench.
Private sunbathing available in front patio with outdoor shower and rear garden room.
The spiral staircase and the roof deck are NOT ACCESSIBLE.

Access car sticker, house keys and garage remote must be returned at checkout.

Other things to note
Real Del Mar is an excellent safe location for vacationing — or recuperating from surgeries, dental and medical treatments. Also, golf, tennis and horseback riding are available as treats to be enjoyed in the same location. Beaches are found along any exit of 1D, the Cuota, or Toll Road following the coast. Surfing spots abound and surfing lessons are available at the historic Rosarito Beach Hotel.
