Hidden Gem 10 mins to Downtown or Wrightsville Beach. Brand New King Sized Bed

Remodeled/clean and private getaway adjacent to the city walking trail and Empie park. Midway between downtown and the beach, convenient for restaurants and entertainment. Safe and pet friendly with a nice yard full of birds and garden beds full of flowers. With a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer you have everything you need inside, but also a private second story, balcony upstairs, and downstairs, a sitting area with a fire pit and your choice of gas or charcoal grills. And, there’s plenty of parking. You can fit a 21’ boat and three trucks. Plus, there is free overflow parking on the street. And, of course, we are pet friendly, for only a $30 fee, for your entire stay.

Very clean and welcoming secluded property that was tucked away in a nice neighborhood. Perfect for a couples getaway or just for a visit to one of the many beaches around the area. The convenience to being close to the beach and downtown Wilmington made our stay worth it as well because we were able to do so much all within 10 minutes of the place.

Lee is an amazing host! He responded as quickly as possible and was polite and respectful. The space was as described: clean well maintained and relaxing. The price for the stay was phenomenal. The last place we stayed at in Wilmington failed in comparison. I recommend staying here and plan to again soon! A must see and a 5 all the way

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay here! Lee was very responsive host, and the apartment was so clean! Really close to a wonderful park and walking path. The property was practically a bird sanctuary and that was so enjoyable to sit outside and watch all the different birds coming to eat the feeder. We hope to be back soon!

This place was clean, adorable, and in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very friendly and even insisted on carrying our suitcases up the steps (I'm sure he felt for us as we are 80!). This gem was a great value and highly recommended!

Such a pleasant time I had staying there! Host, Lee is a wonderful person. Our society would definitely be a better place if there were more people like him around.. Very comfortable, with a nice, nice porch. Your surrounded by beautiful trees n lovely uniquely Planted flowers , bushes n a very nice garden Sleep great on really comfortable beds and relaxed most comfortably in living room, watching tv or playing games or cards. Super location 10-15 minutes from both historical downtown and the beach. Nice nice time had getting away n spending time there.

I would like to have given a lesser rating, but only because I don't want the place booked the next time I want to stay. :) Did a quick trip to visit my grandson and this was less than 10 minutes from his appt. Tucked away and off the road, my wack-a-doodle had a nice grassy area to safely and leisurely read pee-mails and the host had a bowl of water and food ready for him when we arrived. Lovely fresh flowers and snacks on the counter with comfy furniture to collapse on and visit. I would definitely stay again!Thank you!

This was a fantastic stay and exactly what I needed for my single night visit. 10 minutes from downtown so when I arrived in town early was able to find things to kill time. No issues with check in, Lee was very kind through the messaging system.I was in town for an event and the property was in a 5 minute walk so that was another plus!

The whole experience was amazing, brought my dog to introduce her to the beach and had an amazing time. The property is definitely a hidden gem. There is a awesome Greenway close by many places to eat in a great little coffee shop within walking distance.

Lee was a great host and his place was a true gem. It was quiet but also close to everything that you needed to get to. I wish I could have stay longer but it was a spur of the moment trip. I would recommend anyone to stay here. It is worth it.

Lee was an awesome host with a meticulously clean guest suite tucked away in a great location for access to local favorites like Flaming Amy's Burrito Barn and Our Crepes and More. Highly recommend for the cozy, quiet, and private space!

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment met our needs. Upon arriving, Lee came out to greet us, was friendly, and even offered to help carry our bags or assist with anything else we needed. The location was great and central to the areas we wanted to visit.The main area for improvement is the cleaning between guests. We found food left in the refrigerator from the previous guests and notified Lee, who apologized for the oversight. We also found a used soap bar in the shower and some hair/debris in a few areas. None of these issues ruined the trip, but they did make us question how thoroughly the unit had been sanitized and cleaned between guests. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. The yard was well maintained and clean. We brought our dog with us and had no issues accommodating her in the apartment. There’s a walking trail in front of the house that is easily accessible for morning dog walks. There was ample parking space for our truck and it was a quiet neighborhood.

Nice quiet midtown location

You couldn't ask for a better location to explore Wilmington; garage apartment is walking or biking distance to grocery stores and restaurants yet tucked away in a quiet location. Home is very clean and comfortable, and just a short drive to beaches and downtown.
