With four unique seasons, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to activities - zip-lining, gondola rides, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, scenic drives and more await in the summer, with spectacular skiing minutes away at the Loon Mountain Resort in the winter. Lovely spot

The condo was great. Super close to Loon mountain for skiing. The pool closes a bit early, but not a big deal.

Great but

With our 2 daugthers we stayed a long weekend in this condo. Everything was as described and we had a wonderful time overall. We spent a lot of time in the pool, the girls loved it. But, when we arrived on the first night, we were a little annoyed to find a lot of dirty dishes. Many cups had coffee stains and almost all the plates had food residues on them. We had to clean everything as we needed some of them for our diner and breakfast the next day. Then the next day we found out that the dishwasher wasn't working. Of course nobody was able to come on a such short notice and during the weekend to fix it, so we had to spend more time cleaning our dishes and also trying to get someone to fix it. Not a big deal but we would have prefer to spend that time to relax and enjoy our stay more. The lady we called from Vacasa was very nice and understanding but couldn't help us much unfortunately. We would definitely come back if the dishwasher is fixed.

Fantastic property!

Great location directly across the street to Loon and close to all things in the White Mountains. Condo was neat and clean with all the supplies you need. Plenty of space to spread out, or hang out together in the living room. We especially loved the views from each balcony window. Will stay again!

Don’t waste your time with this place. Place was dirty when we arrived, blood on the wall, floors were dirty. NO AIR CONDITIONING!! Not worth it for the money.

Great Condo

First let me say the condo was cozy, clean and well stocked. It was very comfortable and suited our needs. Unfortunately there were a couple issues and the management company was slow to respond. My sister and I were staying there as we had to come to town unexpectedly to care for our elderly father. I purposely booked something with two bathrooms. The bathroom in the hall's sink wouldn't drain. Not a huge issue but when I went to shower in the bathroom off the bedroom there was no showerhead. After long days in the hospital, that isn't a shower you want to stand under. It just pounded down. We ended up sharing a bathroom. I contacted the management company right away and I believe it was 3 days before anyone contacted me. The gentleman that contacted me was very nice and offered $50/off my stay. I would stay in the condo again as it was very nice, but perhaps they should look for another management company.
