The front patio and some walls within the space are also shared since this unit is part of a duplex. There is a third, detached unit in the back of the property as well.

On the second floor, you have your master bedroom and a treehouse-like office.

Parking is available on the street with a parking pass (one parking pass is provided). There is non-permitted parking around the corner.

This home is ideal for a couple or single occupancy.

All utilities plus internet included!

Basic Cleaning (no sheet or towel washing) will be completed every other week. The cost is $75 for every cleaning. Please note that this is required for a reservation that is 30 days or longer
