This cabin features 1,577 square feet featuring 2 master suites, 2 full bathrooms & 1 powder room, balcony, loft, living area with 25-foot-tall fireplace, state of the art kitchen, dining area, BBQ grill and a patio that features another stone fireplace and a 7-person jacuzzi. The cabin will sleep 6 people comfortably and 8 people maximum. This cabin has dramatic floor to ceiling windows spanning 25 feet, the cabin also has heating and air conditioning for your comfort.

This cabin is the only one at Mountain Estates that has FOUR outdoor living spaces for you to enjoy, including a beautiful deck with an outdoor fireplace, comfortable seating and a fabulous hot tub. There is also a large front patio complete with Adirondack chairs and a grill. An additional (and unique) patio on the entry side of the cabin provides a lovely view of the lake, complete with additional Adirondack chairs. Lastly, the balcony off of the upstairs Master provides a lovely spot complete with comfortable seating, rounding out the outdoor spaces on all sides of this cabin!

Each of the Primary suites has a king-sized bed with plush Egyptian cotton bedding and a large flat screen TV. The downstairs Primary bedroom also features a comfortable couch in the bedroom. The loft area offers a super cozy sectional couch that converts into a queen bed and a large flat screen TV. The living area has a beautiful and extra deep leather couch that also converts into a queen bed and also features a flat screen TV. The beautiful kitchen features a gorgeous live edge walnut and concrete peninsula island with seating for 4. State of the art appliances, and a kitchen that is stocked with place settings for 12, including all the serving dishes, utensils, coffee pot and toaster. The dining area offers additional seating for 6 - 8 people.
This cabin's wonderful location is less than a 1-minute walk to the lake's edge and the stunning 4-mile walk path that circles the lake. The views from this cabin are marvelous, south facing windows of takes in dramatic views of Longs peak and the Rocky Mountain National Park, and lake views out of the massive front windows. Everywhere you turn you will be greeted with views of this gorgeous area. We are confident that you will love the location of this unit! Cabin 16 has views to die for and is situated in one of the more private areas at Mountain Village. This place has it all!
