VRBO not what we expected

House was clean.Represented as : *2 queens, but it was 1 queen and one full *dinningroom chair broken *towels were stained and very old with shredded edges *refrig had broken shelves and the ice maker didn't work *missing items in the note book about the TV and fireplace and about recycling.Not the standards that I am accustomed to with other VRBO's.

Volleyball Tournament Weekend

My daughters and I came to Spokane for my granddaughter’s volleyball tournament. We really enjoyed the house and our stay. The house is really cute. It reminded us of one of my daughter’s first home. So cute!!! Thank you for the ease of this rental.

Great location, everything you need.

It's located in a nice neighborhood and it's close to Manito Park. The house had everything we needed. We made most of our own meals and all the kitchen supplies worked well. The beds were comfy. The price was exceptional. It was a lot cheaper to stay here than a hotel. The home and furniture were cute. I didn't get to know the owner at all since everything was straight forward and I had no questions or concerns. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Great location

Convenient location for our stay in Spokane. Comfortable. Enjoyed the spaciousness of home vs. a hotel room at about half the price. Well equipped kitchen for a short stay. Absolutely adequate place to stay but could use some TLC & improvements to make it more appealing. Trees in front yard need to be trimmed away from roof AND front door so that you don't have to duck to enter. Front step needs repainting. Entryway closet needs rod so things can be hung (currently useless except to store an umbrella). Other similarly priced units in the area have better than flea market/thrift store bedroom decor. Yes, I would stay again but might first consider other units of similar price with more appealing decor.

Perfect house for a friend reunion

My friend and I used this house as our base camp to explore the area. We loved being able to walk to Manito Park and that is was close to good restaurants. It was quiet and cozy. We would stay here again!

Creaky floors add to the experience

This is a wonderful home away from home. This home has great creaky floors that just add to the experience of this home. Great location on the south hill of Spokane very quiet. Everything you need in a home. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. I will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Spokane.

Affordable house with comfy beds.

Affordable house with good accommodations. The beds were very comfortable. The supplies were somewhat limited in the kitchen, but you can get by. The fireplace kept the house nice and cozy.

Cozy, great location

This was a great spot for our family to stay while in Spokane for a wedding. Close to parks, shops, and easy to get to the freeway. The door handle is a little tricky, but that was the only issue we had.
