The apartment was great! Very comfy, quiet and clean space. We had our two young kids and found it very suitable for our needs. Very close proximity to good food and entertainment.

It was in the perfect location and very clean. Probably the most comfortable beds we slept in as a rental.

Great communication and location. Check-in process was a bit funky requiring additional security deposit and ID/Photo verification outside of VRBO which was cumbersome.

Great host

The apartment had ample space and very open. Nice pool table in the lobby to use. This was the second time I’ve rented in this building ( but different unuts). Host was very responsive on an open window when my party arrived. Although It was on the 4th floor of an old building so windows allowed quite a bit of street noise. But this was the only downside.

Clean, efficient, and close

The apartment was bigger than expected and super clean. We were able to find parking easily and then walked everywhere for the next two days. The air conditioners worked amazingly well and although there was a bit of street noise, it was a quiet area of downtown. The communication was just right and we had no issues. We will be back!

Cozy, modern in downtown Spokane.

A fun location, all the amenities, responsive host. This was my second time staying at the property and we will be back again.

Great location! Good size for a family of 4.

We stayed for two nights on a family road trip around Washington. It was perfectly located near Riverfront Park and lots of good restaurants and activities in downtown. The loft was super clean and comfortable with a lot of space for our family. Jake was quick to respond to any messages and offered to help if anything came up (nothing did though, everything was great and exactly as advertised). 10/10 would stay again.

Great communication with host. Stayed 1 night on the way from Vancouver to Yellowstone. Gorgeous apartment. Roomy, airy, modern, spotlessly clean, well equipped. Perfect for a family of 4. Bedrooms are at separate ends with their own bathrooms, so feel private. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making a fantastic start to our road trip.

Great Place, Easy Access

The property was very nice and clean. It was in a great proximity to downtown businesses and venues. The beds were comfortable, it was nice to have a bathroom for each couple and the kitchen was nicely stocked!

My girlfriends and I stayed in this super clean, beautiful downtown loft apartment for the weekend. It was perfect! Spacious, well-appointed, safe and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Apartment

We traveled with another couple to Spokane for a couple days. This apartment was perfect in that the two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment. All of the rooms were exceptionally clean which was nice to see. This apartment has fantastic lighting because of all of the windows. We truly enjoyed our stay, and I would highly recommend this VRBO.
