Cozy up this fall and winter in our adorable beach block condo in one of Ocean City's most sought-after neighborhoods! One of the most affordable three-bedroom condos on the island ... especiallly this close to the beach in the desirable North End. Central to boardwalk & downtown attractions, but located on a quiet one-way street. Park your car and walk or bike all week!
Property has been recently upgraded with new paint, new ceilings, new washer/dryer, updated kitchen and all new furnishings. We purchased this property a few years ago and this is our "home away from home." We'd love to share it when we can't use it and hope that you will care for it and enjoy it as we do!
Please note: sheets and towels are NOT provided. Please bring your own linens. We also request that you leave your four-legged friends at home.

We have spent every summer at the Jersey shore since the 1970s and recently became owners. This is our home and we only rent it occasionally when we know we won't be able to use it. We are looking for renters who will treat our home as they would their own and hopefully return year after year!

The North End is one of Ocean City's most desirable neighborhoods. The property is just one block to the beach. There is boardwalk in this area, but no commercial properties on the boardwalk for a couple of blocks, so you get the best of both worlds ... quiet and secluded feel, but just a short walk to the rides, restaurants and shops!

Quiet, one-way street ... a rarity in Ocean City. A lot of owners on this street give it a real, family feel.
