- NO SMOKING of any kind in the household or on premises including outside. Smoking includes vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, etc. Please be mindful that smoke may ruin a future guests’ stay. Any smoking found to have been done indoors will result in a $350 minimum fine.

- We are on a quiet cul-de-sac, please respect our neighbors. NO parties, large gatherings, get togethers or any type of events allowed. Bring only as many guests as you reserved for the home.

- No loitering in the front yard.

- Quiet time is 9 pm to 9 am. Be respectful of our community. We will act on any complaints we receive from our neighbors.

- Please leave Fido at home.
