This cute, tastefully decorated, coastal cottage is conveniently located near the scenic Back Bay with access to miles of trails, renown shopping areas, fine dining, world-class beaches and excellent coffee shops. The house is located on a quiet, tree lined street with a spacious front yard for gathering outdoors, movie nights and barbecuing. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there is ample space for 8 occupants. The home is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy an extended stay in the Newport Beach / Costa Mesa area With fast internet, A/C, a short 15 mile drive to Disneyland and a peaceful location, this home has everything you need for a perfect holiday.

The home is within a few miles from beaches, Balboa Island, Newport Back Bay, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, Segerstrom Performing Arts, Disneyland, Angel Stadium, Honda Center, Anaheim Convention Center, restaurants, grocery stores and Hoag Hospital. Close to the 405 and 55 freeways. 5 mins from John Wayne Airport, 25 mins from Long Beach Airport and 40 mins from LAX during non peak hours.

This home is new to the short term rental market, and is also owner-occupied for parts of the year. So, reviews have yet to be posted. If you do stay at the property this year, please be sure to post a review!

We loved our stay! The house was a great size with plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen necessities. The neighborhood was in the perfect spot and street parking easy to come by. The fenced yard was beautiful and made it convenient to let our dog out to potty. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a lovely house is a great neighborhood. Only blocks away is a terrific coffee shop and restaurant. It also has a nice outdoor seating area. The one downside, and it didn’t bother us, was the sound of departing aircraft from nearby John Wayne Airport. Will definitely stay there again when visiting our UC Irvine daughter

My family and I had a lovely vacation at the coastal cottage. Loved having separate rooms for my 7 yr old twins! Very close to grocery store, 20 mins to Laguna beach and Disneyland. The local nature reserve was a great treat; fabulous place to run, hike and bike. House had everything we needed. Thanks!

Wonderful Stay

The house was awesome! We loved the gated front yard for the dogs. There is a coffee shop, grocery store and a few other things in walking distance. Quiet neighborhood except for airplanes taking off from airport but we didn't mind it too much. Highly Recommend!

Great stay in a charming home.

Well stocked, clean, spacious!!

Well stocked, very clean, spacious, and close to the beach, back bay, and shopping / restaurants. Street parking was easy. There is airplane noise during the day, but none from 10pm to 7am. Very nice place overall. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely house

I grew up in Costa Mesa and this neighborhood is just a stone’s throw away from my childhood home. Best location to get to anywhere in Orange County. The house itself is spotless and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Amazing home in the perfect location!

This is the perfect little neighborhood to move into for long-term stays. It's close to the highways and just up the road from Newport Beach. The house has nice amenities and is super clean. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Little Get-Away

My husband and I came over to visit our daughter that lives in HB. She stayed with us for the 4 days we were there and it was wonderful. The house was very clean and comfortable as well as cozy and welcoming! The decor was perfect and beds were comfy. We all slept like babies!Parking wasn't an issue and privacy wasn't either.We thoroughly enjoyed the home and will definitely stay again.Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Nice property that was well equipped for our multi-generational family visit. Good communication from property manager. Be aware that it is street parking only and there is noise from the nearby airport (the pros and cons of the convenience!). Overall a good stay!

Wonderful stay

This is a lovely "cottage" with an amazing front seating area. The location could not have been more convenient. Management was super responsive. The four bedrooms and comfortable common areas made this a great place for our mini family reunion. We would highly recommend this property for families, friends and couples.

A Superb Weekend.

The property had many thoughtful features. I appreciated the top-of-the-line appliances, and the conditioned water was a bonus. We entertained a midsize group for an afternoon repast. The floor plan flows with multiple sliding doors, merging the indoor and outdoor spaces. It gave a good vibe and a memorable experience for our guests. Thank you for sharing this unique property.
