Could be a beautiful home…..
The house was filthy, I mean mater bed sheets weren’t washed, the microwave, oven and toaster oven were dirty. So many things I don’t even know if I should list everything.
There was a prednisone tablet in one of the bedrooms on the TV stand
The pool was a HUGE disappointment. They advertised a heated pool. It was 67 degrees too cold to swim. The lani was dirty, the outside grill needed to be cleaned so we could use it.
The rugs in the main room were a hazard because they moved around and created lumps that we were tripping over constantly. “Decortive Knick Knacks” all over and artificial plants and flowers that are full of dust and dirt.
Bears getting into the trash every single night. The garage was so full of stuff we couldn’t put the trash in it.
The neighborhood was strange??? Don’t really know how to describe it. The house is located at the end of the road, butting up to military property. When they were training the booms were loader than any fireworks we have ever heard. I’m all for the Military and training but they should let you know you are right next to the base. It would definitely wake a person up.
I hate posting bad reviews, I don’t normally do it. VRBO had sent me 2 emails ( normally I just get 1) to respond so I am.
The beaches in Fort Walton are beautiful, we spent most of our time at the beach since the house and pool area were such a disappointment.
The house could be beautiful if someone would just clean it up and take some pride in owning it.
