Forget your worries, this spacious and serene home is perfect for sunsets. This freshly remodeled home is nestled right out side of Navarre Beach, Florida. Just a short walk to the sound. The 3bedroom 3 bathroom home can accommodate 12 people comfortably. The back yard offers XXL lanai with ampule sitting under the cover porch with ceiling fans and a electric fireplace. Hang out by the oversized heated salt water swimming pool or relax on one of the 4 chaise lounges for some rays.

Anniversary Stay

We had a wonderful stay here and it was just what we wanted to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. The house was just as pictured, the pool was awesome, there was yard space to grill out and Jessica was very responsive whenever we sent a message! It was also the perfect location for us and we would love to stay again when in town!

Amazing home

I cant say enough good things about this home. I enjoyed the stay. The only advice I will give to future renters. If you plan to go to destin give yourself and extra 20-30 minutes traffic can be heavy.The distance is short but traffic is intense.

Beach Vacation

We had an awesome stay ! We loved the house - it was cozy and perfect for our vacation. Amenities were great and we had everything we needed for our stay . The pool was awesome and we had a fun time hanging out on the patio .

Could be a beautiful home…..

The house was filthy, I mean mater bed sheets weren’t washed, the microwave, oven and toaster oven were dirty. So many things I don’t even know if I should list everything. There was a prednisone tablet in one of the bedrooms on the TV stand The pool was a HUGE disappointment. They advertised a heated pool. It was 67 degrees too cold to swim. The lani was dirty, the outside grill needed to be cleaned so we could use it. The rugs in the main room were a hazard because they moved around and created lumps that we were tripping over constantly. “Decortive Knick Knacks” all over and artificial plants and flowers that are full of dust and dirt. Bears getting into the trash every single night. The garage was so full of stuff we couldn’t put the trash in it. The neighborhood was strange??? Don’t really know how to describe it. The house is located at the end of the road, butting up to military property. When they were training the booms were loader than any fireworks we have ever heard. I’m all for the Military and training but they should let you know you are right next to the base. It would definitely wake a person up. I hate posting bad reviews, I don’t normally do it. VRBO had sent me 2 emails ( normally I just get 1) to respond so I am. The beaches in Fort Walton are beautiful, we spent most of our time at the beach since the house and pool area were such a disappointment. The house could be beautiful if someone would just clean it up and take some pride in owning it.

Good stay but little changes needed

First off, I would like to say the the property owner was very responsive. She got back to me right away whenever I had a question during our stay. Some items that were problematic for us: the fan in the bunk room shook so badly and made a very annoying noise- it ultimately didn’t matter because our 2 teenagers were too big for the small beds and slept on the couches in the living room, which were great. I would add a clear description to the listing that the bunk beds are small and have a weight limit. There was food residue all over the bottom of one of the freezers and a weird container of frozen I don’t know what in the other freezer. In the master bath one of the sinks was clogged and I found a press-on toe nail on the floor. The blender smelled terrible and was not usable. Also, the screen on the lanai was ripped and hanging down. The neighborhood was nice, as was the pool and fireplace. We did enjoy our stay, but expected more for the price.

Very nice property! Made sure we had what we needed! Nice pool! Good location to get to Fort Walton, Navarre and Destin beaches easily! Shopping is close!

Great Family House

Place was clean and had everything you would need during the stay. Easy check in process and great location. Even the neighbors were friendly!
