Legacy 504 is a spacious, gated Emerald Coast retreat sleeping 8 across 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 parking spots, and an EV charger in the garage. Beach setup included. Perfect for families or groups seeking the best of Gulf Coast living — sugar-white sand, sunshine, and effortless beach access await.

THE SPACE
Legacy 504 is a thoughtfully designed three-story retreat offering privacy and comfort for every guest. With two resort-style community pools, a private boardwalk to the beach, and a complimentary beach setup, everything you need is already taken care of.

FIRST FLOOR
Escape to your own private sanctuary — the queen bedroom features a walk-in shower and direct access to both the garage and the community pool, making morning swims effortlessly easy.

SECOND FLOOR
The heart of the home. A bright, open-concept living room with a queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a walk-in shower hall bath. Step out onto the balcony and breathe in the Gulf Coast air.

THIRD FLOOR
The entire top floor is your master retreat — a king bed, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and in-unit laundry. A charming bunk alcove sits just off the master, perfect for little ones while parents enjoy their own peaceful space. Wake up to partial Gulf views from your private balcony.

PARKING
Two dedicated parking spots — one assigned space with your unit number and one inside the private garage, complete with an EV charger.

THE COMMUNITY
Legacy 504 sits inside a secure gated community with two resort-style pools and a private boardwalk leading straight to the sugar-white sand of Seagrove Beach.

COMMUNITY ACCESS
Your private access code will be sent 24 hours before check-in so you're ready to arrive and relax from the moment you pull in.

BEACH ACCESS
Your private boardwalk is located at the back of the property and leads directly to the Gulf — roughly 200 yards from your door to the sand. Simply walk the boardwalk and head left onto the public beach to set up for the day.

Please note: the boardwalk is shared between Legacy Townhome and Legacy Condominium guests — it is not open to the general public. The immediate beachfront in front of the Legacy Condominiums is private and reserved for condo residents only. The public beach to the left of the boardwalk exit is where all the fun happens — and it's a beautiful stretch of Seagrove Beach.

COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SETUP
We've taken care of the beach chairs so you don't have to. Here's what's included:

A dedicated beach setup for 2 — 2 chairs and 1 umbrella — professionally set up daily on the public beach, just east (left) of the Legacy boardwalk access point
Available every day from 8 AM to 5 PM, March 1st through October 31st
Additional chairs and an extra umbrella are stored in the garage for your use anytime
Need even more seating or a larger setup? You can arrange additional chairs, umbrellas, or equipment directly with the beach vendor for an extra cost — just reach out to them on the beach or contact us for their details

Just walk down, find your setup, and enjoy the Gulf. It's that easy.

EV CHARGING
The garage is equipped with a 220V outlet for overnight EV charging — just pull in and plug in.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Legacy 504 sits south of Scenic 30A in the heart of Seagrove Beach — one of the most coveted stretches of the Emerald Coast. No street crossing needed to reach the beach, just step out and follow the boardwalk straight to the Gulf.
Dining is steps away. Café 30A, one of the most celebrated restaurants on 30A, is right across the street. Next door, Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta serves hand-tossed pizzas and Italian home-style classics that guests rave about.
And when you're ready to explore, Seaside is just 1.2 miles away — a vibrant, walkable town filled with acclaimed restaurants, bars, boutiques, art galleries, seasonal festivals, and free outdoor concerts. It's one of those places you'll want to visit every day of your trip.

Had a great stay! The host provided clear and easy check in/out instructions and checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location was great being pretty central on the 30A where you can walk to all the way down to Seaside if you wanted to. Having a chair and umbrella set up on the beach was really nice!

Location was excellent! Short walk to beautiful beach. Condo/townhouse is across the street from Cafe 30A restaurant and Angelina’s Pizza and Pasta: 2 wonderful spots for meals. Host Tamer checked in on us twice during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely reccomend.

Beach getaway

We loved staying at this property! It was a perfect location and even conveniently located across the street from a gas station. The rental was super clean and the bunk bed was fun for my youngest. The beach was perfect and not too busy. We are hoping to stay there again!

This property was clean, beautiful and cozy. It had everything we could ever need. Our host checked in on us and was very attentive when we needed him. The beach was a very close walk and beautiful. This house has beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and even a couple skim boards for the older kids. Seaside is only 5 mins away and everything you could ever want to eat or shop at was super close as well. We give this property 5 stars and would recommend it to everyone.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Property exceeded expectations with decor and amenities, such as dishes and plenty of towels. The only slight issue was finding the included chairs that were farther down the beach than expected, and we mixed it up with the legacy chairs mistakenly. Otherwise, a wonderful property

Wonderful stay on 30A

The townhome was beautifully decorated. Every amenity you can think of it had. Short walk to the beach. The beach chair set up was ideal since the private beach debate has become such an issue. There were also beach chairs in the garage to use. The kitchen was spacious. Great location!! We were within walking distance of great restaurants and places to get coffee. Our favorite thing to do while on vacation.we will definitely book it again.

Affordable, comfortable, and clean

This townhouse is great for a family. Compared to what other rentals cost in the area, we thought it was a very good deal. You're not right on the beach, but you're close. The beach is beautiful, and the house provides lots of beach chairs to use. The lot next door is under construction, which was noisy and impeded the view to the ocean from the balconies, so that was a bummer, but there's nothing the owner can do about that. The owner was very attentive and checked in with us lots of times to make sure we had what we needed and that everything was going well. It's an easy bike ride into Seaside and an easy walk to lots of restaurants.

Perfect 30A Beach Vacation Stay

Property is updated and modern, furnished with very nice beds/sofas and stocked with plenty of kitchenware. The garage is larger than most rentals and fit our Odyssey! It also made it easy to drop the beach stuff daily without tracking anything inside house. The included daily chair and umbrella service was awesome so we didn’t have to grab a spot at 6AM like with many other rentals we have done, and their management company was friendly and OK with us setting up the extra ones they had in the garage. The beach was busy by 10AM daily and it was great to have our ‘reserved’ space so close (less than 5 min walk from property door to chairs). Overall the host was very quick to communicate and unit was the best we have stayed in so far (5th trip to Seagrove). Our family of 6 had plenty of space and we chose this location as its central to everything we enjoy (5 great restaurants and stores within 5 min walk and downtown Seaside is a 20 min walk or 5 min drive). The two pools were perfect to cool off and we could get to them directly from the bottom floor of the unit. We will definitely keep this property in mind for our next trip!
