Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Close to World-Famous Golf Courses and loads of shopping. Walmart is only 5 minutes away ...We are close to Hospitals and Medical Facilities as well.

The Village of Clermont is 15 minutes away and is set around a lake that offers loads of Weekend Activities including local Restaurants

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The home sleeps up to 14 guests across five bedrooms and 8 beds. Each room is set up for a genuinely restful night - room-darkening shades block out the Florida sun, and extra pillows and blankets are always on hand. Clothing storage is plentiful throughout, with walk-in closets, closets, and dressers keeping everyone settled in and organized.

Entertainment & recreation
The game room is a destination in itself. Arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, life size games, and a game console give guests of all ages something to compete over, and a theme room adds a layer of personality that sets this home apart. Wind down together on the 65-inch HDTV, with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, premium cable, and standard cable all at your fingertips. An Ethernet connection is available for anyone who needs a wired connection, and exercise equipment is on-site for guests who want to stay active. A shared gym nearby is also accessible.

Family-friendly features
Younger guests are well catered for. A crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games, and baby safety gates are all provided. A dedicated children's playroom gives little ones their own space filled with toys, books, and games, while an outdoor playground provides fresh air and room to run. Babysitter recommendations are available if the adults want a night to themselves.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a casual breakfast to a full group dinner. A GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and barbecue utensils are all included. A dining table brings everyone together, and breakfast is provided each morning to fuel the day ahead. Coffee is always available.

Outdoor living
The backyard is where the group gravitates when the day winds down. A private outdoor pool and private spa are both available all year, open 24 hours - pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. A private gas BBQ grill, private patio or balcony, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area set the scene for easy, relaxed evenings outside. Please note the private backyard is not fully fenced. The property also offers lake access via a path or dock, and guests enjoy free access to nearby resort facilities.

Practical comforts
Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable no matter the time of year. A dedicated workspace with a door, in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, bed linens, and all essentials are included. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Parking, access & safety
Self check-in is easy via smart lock, with a private entrance and free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, plus additional free street parking nearby. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras on the front and back of the property only, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Pets are welcome - assistance animals are always allowed.

Easy access to all major roads and highways. Car services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available. Food services such as Uber Eats, Door Dash, Instacart are also available.
