Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms offer space for your group to settle in. The first-floor master suite includes direct access to the pool area, a king bed, a walk-in closet, a Smart TV, a rain shower, a soaking tub, a bidet, and a ceiling fan. A second master suite upstairs features a king bed, a Smart TV, and a ceiling fan. Additional bedrooms include a Mickey-themed room with twin beds, a beach-themed room with two queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed, each with a Smart TV and ceiling fan. A queen pull-out bed with a memory foam mattress in the family room adds flexibility for larger groups.

Outdoor living
The screened outdoor area centers around the private outdoor pool and spa, available year-round with optional heating for an additional fee. Outdoor seating, patio umbrellas, and a gas grill create space for relaxing between outings or enjoying time outside at your own pace. A half bathroom just inside the home offers convenient access from the pool deck.

Game room and family amenities
An air-conditioned game room brings a variety of activities, including a pool table, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, chess, arcade games, and board games, along with a 55-inch Smart TV and a ceiling fan. Younger guests can spend time in the dedicated children’s playroom stocked with toys, books, and games, or explore the outdoor playground on the property. For families traveling with little ones, a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and baby safety gates are provided.

Kitchen and dining
A spacious kitchen features a large island, a stainless steel single oven, a GE stainless steel electric stove, and full essentials for preparing meals at home. The dining area sits beside the kitchen and flows into the family room, where a sectional sofa and 65-inch Smart TV offer a comfortable place to gather. Coffee, a toaster, a hot water kettle, and other basics support easy mornings, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door provides privacy when needed.

Comfort and safety
Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans throughout, room-darkening shades, and free washer and dryer access support a comfortable stay. Exterior security cameras at the front and back face only outside, and the home includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
