Sleeps 4 adults (up to 6 with kids under 12). Looking for a comfortable and clean stay near downtown Newport? You'll love this affordable and pet-friendly apartment located in one of Middletown's most desirable neighborhoods. Just a short, convenient drive (or bike) to three ocean beaches, downtown, and so much more. This apartment is standalone, has a private entrance, and includes at least two parking spaces (no street parking here). Just one flight up and you can enjoy your own space including a large open living room with full kitchen, plus two cozy bedrooms (queen beds) and central bathroom with a tub/shower. WiFi plus large smart TVs in ever room - just hook up your streaming account . Towels, linens, local coffee/tea, and basic kitchen necessities are provided, plus window AC units in every room in the summer months. The living room pullout is also great for sleeping kids! Get the locals experience with us and don't forget to visit local farms, breweries, vineyards, and seasonal farmer's markets. Aquidneck Island is particularly attractive in the summer but has so much to offer year-round!!
