A great location for a family get away!

We were very happy with our stay at this resort. The resort itself had a great collection of indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers and hot tubs. There was also a great looking kiddie pool. The resort had two restaurants on site and some lawn games. We were also just 10 steps to the beach! Our room was clean and accommodating with a spectacular view of the ocean. They had parking on site and across the street. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property for a family or friends trip!

Terrible mgmt company

Made reservations no problem. But after that was a nightmare! Asked for early check in and were assured would be no problem. Day of arrival I tried contacting them all day to find out address and code for entry to rental. I kept getting replies like “busy can’t talk” , will call you later” etc We arrived at 2 pm and had requested 1 pm for early check in. Finally at 4 pm got a msg with code. We were told by hotel mgmt needed parking pass. We searched high and low while trying to get in touch with mgmt co to no avail. Finally found it in cabinet underneath some pans above microwave. There were 2 air and heat units. One in bedroom and other in living room. We didn’t try living room the 1st day and found out on 2nd day it didn’t work. Again I had to make numerous calls and messages to get a response. The lady immediately stated “YOU broke the unit “. She was extremely rude and didn’t send anyone until next day. The unit had to be reset according to the repairman. I will NEVER use VRBO again. This was my 2nd time to have problems with a management company.

Enjoyed our Vacation

The location of the property, water options for the kids were great, and having a restaurant on site was nice. We were not provided facility arm bands so we could not access certain areas such as the Tiki Bar and Grill but the parts we were able to visit were great! Communication with owner was quick and easy.

Don’t recommend

I did not like this stay for many reasons. First, I initially booked for aug 6 to aug 9 and realized I wouldn’t be there until the 7th so I requested a change. I received a call from the host and he said I needed to book the day before even though I wasn’t going to be there and that he needed me out by the 8th. I agreed on the phone by immediately after I called him and texted him letting him know that those dates didn’t work. That I needed from 7th to 9th of August. I got no answer so I submitted a cancellation request and he said I agreed on the phone and offered to cancel the booking and keep all my money. I stayed with my family cause I had no choice or I would lose my money. We had no soap, no shampoo, the floor was wet. We had to go all the way to check in and stayed in line for registration because no instructions were provided. I feel like I was robbed and it was not a great experience. The entire place was smelly.

LOVED THE DIRECT OCEANFRONT CONDO WITH 20+ POOLS, HARDWOOD FLOORS, RESORT amenities. Our kids most favorite Resort that is pet friendly too, and tons of amenities like indoor and outdoor water park, etc. We want to share the joy with other families too.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR WATERPARK, HEATED POOLS (20+ POOLS, HOT TUBS, MULTIPLE LAZY RIVERS), CLOSE TO AIRPORT, UPSCALE SHOPPING/DINING like Market Commons, etc. Close to WALMART (5 mins), COMES WELL STOCKED WITH OIL, SALT, PEPPER, POTS/PANS/SILVERWARE/FULL KITCHEN/REFRIGERATOR/OVEN. NEWLY Renovated with Hardwood flooring for a clean feel post a splash in the beach/pools.
