Inside, you’ll find a spacious, modern interior filled with natural light. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. Five plush bedrooms and three full baths help you relax and restore.

Vaulted ceilings soar in the open great room, where a gas fireplace awaits for movie nights with the family. There are four smart TVs, plus DVD and Blu-ray capabilities for your entertainment. Challenge your friends to a game of billiards, or head to the garage for Ping-Pong.

Play yard games while dinner sizzles on the gas grill, then gather round the firepit to watch the stars come out. Extra perks include central AC, a high chair, a Pack ‘n Play, board games, and a washer/dryer. Two new adult bikes and a pair of children’s bikes provide another fun way to get around!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing Getaway

This home is BEAUTIFUL with lots of open space and huge windows, perfectly positioned on a natural landscape that allows for elevated and panoramic views of the lake- SO stunning! Great options for enjoying a cup of coffee on the couch or on the balcony and watching the amazing sunrise. Owners were so accommodating for our 2 dogs as well! Was a great experience and would highly recommend this for any family getaway!

Great Location

It was clean and spacious with a comfortable master bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved watching the sunset out on the deck and building a campfire one eve. Thanks so much!

short and mostly sweet

The Blue Bell house was great. Unfortunately, we discovered a plumbing issue and had to be moved to a different location so that repairs could be made. Vacasa support was great and found us a new place to stay. We would rent the Bluebell house again in the future as the location was great, the house was set up well and the view was spectacular.

Pleasant stay but missing the little things

The view was great, there was enough room for everyone, and our concerns were addressed promptly by the property manager. However, at first glance the house seemed very clean, but upon unpacking and getting settled we noticed a lot of cleanliness issues. The carpets were not vacuumed well, the shower curtains had mold/mildew, the extra blankets/pillows in the closets were just thrown on the floor rather than folded and placed on shelves, beds poorly made, etc. Littles details that put places at higher rating could be included like sufficient soap/bathroom amenities for the number of guests, fire wood for the advertised fire pit, etc. Overall our stay was positive, but would recommend improving the cleaning.

Bear Lake House

House was very nice, clean, large enough for 11, well furnished, good location. Suggestion: provide coffee filters, label Ideal Resort passes so guests know what they are. There were 8 spiders in the basement, most we killed. Pictures of the house include a full size pool table when actually there is a small table top childrens pool game. Taxes are extremely expensive, over $100 per day. When I asked if all Vacasa managed properties charge the same taxes I was told all rentals are different leading me to think there may be some hidden fees included.

Solid option for Bear Lake

Great location. Wonderful views. Thoughtful amenities, including lots of stuff to make your days at the lake more enjoyable. Plenty of room for the 10 people in our party. Would stay again.

SPECTACULAR VIEW!!

Blue Bell is a great place to spend days with family and friends enjoying the atmosphere that surrounds the house and all the amenities it has. I only have a few objections: the internet connection was not good, at 7pm the internet went off and did not return until the next morning. The hot water did not provide enough for all the people we had (12 in total) and we could not turn on the electrical appliances in the kitchen such as the coffee maker, oven, and we had to call the property manager who helped us solve the problem. Despite these inconveniences, I would return once again to enjoy this spectacular home and I would recommend it to friends!

Family vacation

We came here for a few days before the kids started school...and we had so much fun!! The house was lovely...and clean! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, appliances, etc. Great location with wonderful views....we would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing with a quiet view

This was the perfect house for us! Had a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’d need to make meals at home. So spacious and the layout is great! THE VIEW was the best part and it has a large deck to relax and take it all in. Plenty of pillows, extra bedding and towels. There was no hangers in the closets which would have been helpful but not necessary. Also it would have been great to have a baby gate for those with small children because of the big staircase but we made do. The property manager went the extra mile to bring us a pack-n-play because there wasn’t one in the house as listed in the initial details before booking. She was so nice and tentative to our needs. We will definitely be booking this property again!
