Located within the Seaside Beach and Racquet Club in Orange Beach, this 1 bed 1 bath condo boasts a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, beachside views, and a washer and dryer in-unit. The beautiful Seaside complex features ample amenities to enjoy between your beach visits including 2 outdoor pools, 1 heated indoor pool, fitness room, sauna, tennis courts and BBQ area.

Orange Beach offers a variety of entertainment and shopping opportunities. Adventure Island, Fat Daddy's Arcade and Beachside Mini Golf are located just across the street to satisfy your inner child! Walmart, Publix and Dollar General, are just down the street for a quick grocery run or to pick up that forgotten toiletry. And for those days when you don't feel like taking advantage of the full kitchen, there are many restaurant options within walking distance and many more just a short drive away!

Guests will need to purchase a single vehicle parking pass at the security booth upon arrival for $50. The parking lot is just out the back door and down the stairs/elevator. The lot is surveilled with a guard posted at the entrance.

The unit is located on the west side of the complex across from the tennis courts. The building has an elevator for easy loading/unloading as well as stairs on either end of the building.
