Cozy Beach Codo - steps away from the beach

This Cozy Beach Condo is only steps away from the sands of beautiful St. Augustine Beach. It's a short stroll up the hill to private beach access. Enjoy the sea or enjoy a cool dip in the large community pool. Love outdoor activities? Consider taking surfing lessons or renting bikes for a ride on the beach.

This is a ground floor unit with an assigned parking space located next to the unit. Additional visitor parking spaces are available at the front of the complex. There are steps on the boardwalk which lead to the private beach access. If you prefer to drive, there is vehicle access to the beach just 2 blocks North of the unit. There is a small charge of $10 per vehicle, March 1st through September 30th.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6. A queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This cozy beach condo has been completely remodeled from top to bottom, decorated in soft coastal colors with a nautical flare. The unit has 3 flat screen TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom) for you to watch a movie (cable and WiFi access are provided). Sip a frosty beverage on the porch adjacent to the living room and enjoy the night breeze. The condo has been beautifully furnished with the goal of making you feel relaxed and helping you unwind.

It's a 15-minute drive to St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city. Enjoy shopping or fabulous dining in old downtown. On St. George Street you can visit the oldest wooden schoolhouse or take a spooky ghost tour. Visit the old fort, Castillo de San Marcos or set sail on a romantic sunset cruise. Visit the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, climb 219 steps to the top of the 165-foot lighthouse tower for a breathtaking view of St. Augustine and Nation's Oldest Port. From late November through late January, this historic city illuminates with the St. Augustine Nights of Lights.

The condominium association doesn't allow boats or trailers in the parking area. Please don't set the A/C below 68 degrees, the unit will freeze.
Please follow the rules established by the condominium association for the community pool area which are posted in the pool area.

Beautiful Get-Away - walkable to the endless beach

Condo was completely updated and decorated so appropriate for the beach - very cute and comfortable. It was fully stocked dishes, towels, beach towels, sheets and beach chairs. THIS was the most relaxing, peaceful trip ever - walk to the beach was quaint via the boardwalk, you can walk for miles on the beautiful beach. The pool was sheltered from the wind so even on the sunny but cool days we could enjoy the pool. Our month was wonderful!!

Our stay at Captains Quarters at Quail Hollow was superb! The condo was impeccably decorated, comfortable, clean, and inviting. The owners were very responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We truly enjoyed our stay, on the beach, and yet close to everything. Viola's Restaurant across the street (A1A) was outstanding! Well worth our visit and we definitely plan to return!

Just Amazing

This cozy cottage is the absolute best-hidden secret that we could have found. The condo is stocked amazingly well. I usually have to bring a box containing some commonly used items I need during a condo stay. I could have left that box at home this time. We brought all of the beach stuff, but that was also provided at the condo. Everything has been thought of for you. You literally just need to show up. There are even fun board games for rainy evenings and books for a lazy beach read. The property is close enough to enjoy all of the wonderful activities that St. Augustine provides, but far away enough to not have to deal with the traffic and crowds. The owner is very accommodating and is excellent at communicating if there are any issues with the building or parking. The only problem is that we had to leave. I could have stayed much longer. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is clean, the condo was beautifully decorated (beachy vibes for sure). Fully stocked, only thing we had to buy was food to stock the fridge. Beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. provided. Very good use of all spaces! Cant wait to stay again!

Nicely decorated

Nicely decorated and appointed condo. Well stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer a real plus. Master bed a tight fit for a 6'7" male and really difficult to get up on for a short female. However, we were all comfortable for our stay and enjoyed ourselves.

Graduation trip

I brought my daughter and her friend for her graduation present. We had a wonderful time. The property was just like the pictures! The beach access was perfect. There are a lot of stairs though, but you could also drive down to the beach if you can’t do stairs. The parking was excellent. Only problem was trying to figure out the remotes and tv. But we spent most of our time exploring. It is a great town, excellent condo and location!

Everything you need

We loved our stay and hope to come back next year! This space is thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated! It has all the little details that make you feel at home right away. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals if you want. Laundry supplies, beach towels, toys, chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas to use. Nice outdoor seating area. We hated to leave! Pool area is nice. Beach is bit of a hike up a hill (for those with mobility issues-would recommend driving onto the beach) A lot of stairs. :). Area is in a nice location close to everything but far enough away from all the busy traffic and touristy things.

Spring Break 2023

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and was exactly like the photos. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. I was very pleased that they provided the necessities, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish liquid, dishwasher pods, and cleaning wipes. They also had k-cups and tea as well as creamer and sugar for the coffee. They provided lots of beach items, most importantly an umbrella. Having that was a huge plus. There are also chairs and boogie boards and some toys. The beachy theme decor was really pretty and modern. They provided a shark vacuum so it made it easy to sweep up the floors cause we brought sand in of course. The setup was perfect for our family. We had the master bedroom, which had a bathroom and then another room that had twin beds for our teenagers then our preteens slept in the pullout couch. The bed in the master was sort of small and the bed itself wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were not all that great, luckily we bring our own pillows when traveling. The private beach access was awesome. The walk to the beach was approximately less than 3 min. Only take what you can carry cause you won't be able to take a wagon as you go up steps. We didn't experience any issues during our stay so there wasn't a need to contact the owner so i can't soak to their responsiveness. But when i reached out prior to our stay They responded quickly! We would definitely stay again if we plan on visiting St. Augustine.

The Nicest Property We’ve Ever Stayed

I cannot say enough good things about about our experience. The condo has been completely remodeled and pictures do not do it justice. Gina and Joe were outstanding hosts and thought of everything. We only needed to buy groceries as most everything was included. Furthermore the complex is very nice. The the pool deck is beautiful and the beach is outstanding. We we very fortunate with the weather which made our experience top notch. We highly recommended this place and will return.

The condo is clean, updated and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach! The location is nice, not too far from stores. The condo has its own assigned parking spot right outside, so no worries coming back and having to try to find a decent spot. It’s easy to get in and out of the complex. The pool is nice and it was quiet. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean, but the hot water was lacking. It was warm, just not as hot as we like. The kitchen is nice stocked with the basics. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Serene beach house escape

Lovely updated beach house. Beautifully decorated. The owners provided everything imaginable that a guest could need, down to the smallest detail. Owners were very responsive to any inquiries regarding the condo and complex. The unit is first floor and a flat, easy walk to the pool. The walk to the quiet, private beach is up a paved access road and across a boardwalk with a good deal of stairs. Beach is beautiful and not busy at all. Very peaceful.

Awesome Beach Stay

The condo was so clean, comfortable and cozy. It had the best beach decor and feeling through out the condo. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded to every message quickly. The pool was close to condo and the beach accessible by wooden boardwalk and stairs. Beach chairs were provided to enjoy the fabulous view. We highly recommend staying with these hosts as they provided a wonderful experience for us.

Excellent!

CLEAN!! This is one of the nicest VRBO places we have stayed. Hosts made sure the place was clean, kitchen well stocked and experience was perfect. Easy walk to beach and pool. Close to all of the places we wanted to visit. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay close to St. Augustine. Great hosts!!

Best of both worlds.

The property is located between the natural beauty of the Atlantic ocean and the nearby charm of historic St Augustine. The condo was well appointed and smartly decorated. The hosts were readily available to answer any questions and to make sure my stay was memorable.
