We are in the process of updating our studio, the kitchen sink is not yet hooked up, but there is a sink in the bathroom.

Please note this is a STUDIO, a cute affordable and efficient studio with bed/couch in the same room that converts, as well as the kitchenette area. Its very comfortable and efficient at an amazing price! This is a duplex. Two bedroom home on one side and a Studio apartment on the other.

We are in the process of making this studio even more efficient for our guests. So please bare with us, we have added a sink to the studio in the kitchen area but it is not yet connected. Thank you for your understanding.
