As for parking, enjoy the convenience of 4 dedicated spaces in the shared parking lot, ensuring that you and your guests can easily come and go without any parking worries. Embrace the vibrant college atmosphere and make the most of your stay in this delightful townhome. Per city requirements, only one family can rent the home. Family is defined as 4 or less unrelated parties. You must stay in the property, if you make the booking. No 3rd party reservations. If we discover you are not staying there, you will be fined $500. You must check out by 11:00 AM unless you have received written permission to stay later from host. A late fee of $500 will be charged for any late check out. No pets or smoking in the property. A minimum fine of $1000 will be charged if any evidence or smells are left in the property. No parties or events. A fine of $1000 will be charged if evidence of this exists. If you are coming from out of state, understand that Kansas has bugs and they may find their way into the home, especially if you leave the door/windows open and during certain seasons - this is not a pest control issue and we will not offer any discounts if you find a bug.
