Family Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the artsy cottage. The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful trees all around. The home was so accommodating and the beds were so comfortable. Great location to visit our kids at FSU. Would stay again.

Convenient location that is tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It was a big game day in town, and it was great having this oasis to retreat to. Awesome backyard, and the pool is a great amenity. Very comfortable and cool home with all the conveniences. Host was gracious and detailed in communication. Very smooth stay from start to finish.

Cute, quiet, private stay with lovely pool

We enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean, the large, private yard was relaxing. We loved the little playground and treehouse, though the teens were a little old for playing. The pool was a great hit, we really enjoyed tge stay and all the comforts of your home. Thank you!

Thank you all for booking and staying in our home. I am happy to learn that you all found something to enjoy and spend time together right there! And thanks for mentioning the well stocked kitchen. I am staying at an Airbnb right now and the quality in the kitchen lacks greatly. It is very important part of a great stay. You all are welcome back anytime you are in Tallahassee. Thanks again.

Perfect retreat

Quiet area, lovely home. Well stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast. Although the weather was rainy and we couldn’t enjoy it, the yard and pool area are well maintained and welcoming. We would definitely stay again. Melanie

Perfect place for our family of 4

We had a lovely time. The house was as described. There was some very minor tornado damage, which we were notified of before arrival. The host was very communicative. Everything was easy and straightforward. We would definitely stay again.

Great family getaway

Cozy house with massive outdoor options. Owner’s attention to detail is unmatched. Reminder labels everywhere (wireless, lights, BLE speaker activation, outdoor extras, etc.). Also provided charcoals, lighter fluid, and wood for fire pit. Highly recommended.

We spent a delightful four nights at the Artsy Oasis and were sorry to leave. The house was charming, clean and comfortable with a tasteful decorative flair. The back yard was quiet and private with a lovely pool. The Indianhead neighborhood is green and quiet and extremely walkable. The house is ideally located close to the I-10, the center of Tallahassee, museums, the Botanical Gardens, hiking trails and the Historic Rails-Trails bike path. Our host Tracey was helpful and extremely responsive and we thank her for a memorable stay that we hope to repeat soon.

Wonderful stay!

The property was easy to find and beautiful! The garden was huge and with a big pool, tree house, fire pit, BBQ and summer house! The house it self was cool and nicely decorated. The master bedroom had a huge bed and tv area. The kids shared a double with another room to play in. The kitchen was well equipped with clean modern equipment. Whilst we was there the gardeners came to keep the grass short. One thing I especially liked was little notes all around the house explaining how to use things and where to find stuff, extremely helpful!

Hi there! Thank you for considering our home. It was previously an artists home and we left the artsy touches. We added furnishings with that artsy and eclectic feel top of mind. I am a professional realtor for over 25 years. I enjoy home renovation. This home is one of three properties my husband and I own and manage as short term rentals. We welcome your family and want you to feel safe, at ease and comfortable. We welcome your sincere feedback on ways we can enhance your stay and comfort. Thank you again for your interest. I am personally involved with all properties. You will be messaging directly with the owner/manager. Our family stays in each property several times a year.
We know what each home needs and regularly make improvements to enhance guests stays. We want our guests to come back and share their great experiences with others!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We purchased another home in this historic Tallahassee neighborhood and we get a good amount interest from smaller parties. This one fits a smaller group that wants a comfortable place to spend time while visiting Florida's capital city and it's walking distance from the other property. This allows an even larger group of 16-18 people in both homes. You'll love this home! It is just as pictured but even better in person.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Entire house, plus a pool, outdoor shower, Zen cottage and a tree house. So much to do at a single house! Located in an Award winning Tallahassee neighborhood that is safe, quiet and in the heart of town. Plus nice parks for group gatherings, games and walking trails.
