Awesome stay

This unit was super clean and quiet. Really beautifully decorated and the bed was comfy. Will absolutely stay here again. It also had a really nice BBQ gazebo right out front.

Gorgeous condo

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo had everything we needed and we loved the location. We were close to the pool and hot tub which came in handy. We would definitely stay again!

Great host and easy check in. Many nice conveniences ready for guests use. Also very responsive to questions and host checked in to make sure everything was good. Would stay here again!

Great Condo on Beautiful Maui

Clean, well-stocked condo and host was excellent. We also enjoyed the tropical plants in the front patio garden and the view of Haleakalā from the back. And the weather was perfect. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo in peaceful complex

We really enjoyed our stay in Joe and Linda's condo. It's very well furnished, clean and cozy. The location is great too, just a few minutes away from multiple beaches, or a short drive to restaurants. Joe was very communicate and helpful throughout the booking.

Exceeded expectations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, convenient with lots of little touches like beach chairs and umbrella. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. We could tell this place is well cared for. I’d highly recommend and would stay again.

Excellence all around

Great location for our needs. Condo was in excellent condition (cleanliness, condition of everything). Only downside was we only booked for two weeks. Would most definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!

We loved staying in this condo. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The owner was excellent at communicating with us prior to our stay. We were going to cancel due to the fires, but so happy we didn’t! South Maui businesses need the support of tourists.

Wonderful

Quiet and peaceful setting with beautiful gardens and a lovely condo. Neighbor noise was minimal, a/c was cold, easy access to highway and local shops, nice and clean pool, all the amenities needed were covered! Definitely recommend staying here and enjoying all Maui has.

Thank you for selecting our condominium and more importantly, thank you for visiting Maui as the whole island begins the healing process from the terrible (and wholly unnecessary and preventable) fire which occurred earlier this year. South Maui is open for business and the local merchants and service providers rely almost exclusively on your patronage to make a living. Just your being here helped immensely.

Great condo

The condo was spotless & very attractive. We ate breakfast each morning on the backyard private lanai which is awesome. TV's have lots of channels, bed & pillows are very comfortable, fans are in every room & kitchen was well stocked. It's a great condo!

Great garden condo

The condo is very lovely and comfortable. Easy access to the pool which has sunny and shady areas. The propane grills are in a cozy gazebo type setting with tables and chairs. The owners are very responsive, it was a very positive experience.

Great condo in a great location

This condo is spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and beautiful furniture and wall art. Great views from the living area. Great location; end unit with privacy. Complex itself is quiet with outstanding landscaping. Owner provided a lot of helpful information before our arrival. This condo exceeded our expectations.

Best Anniversary ever

We stayed here for our 37th anniversary. Everything was perfect. Very clean, well appointed, two patios, two bathrooms, AC, and beautiful well maintained grounds. Very private which we loved. Our host was very helpful and provided a wealth of information to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for making our anniversary the best ever. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautifully decorated. It is fully stocked with everything you need including beach towels,chairs and sun umbrella The outside patio was perfect for enjoying morning coffee while listening to the birds and enjoying the vegetation. The location was fantastic walking distance to beaches and shops. We would recommend this unit and hopefully return again ourselves thanks for sharing our beautiful place in paradise Rene & Carol

Thank you, Rene and Carol, for your kind words. Linda worked very hard and thoughtfully when we remodeled the condo a year or so ago. This condominium is our home from January to May. Thus, each year we critically evaluate what improvements we should make to make the condo more comfortable for us, as well as for our future guests. HOME AWAY FROM HOME IN BEAUTIFUL MAUI

This was our first trip to Maui and it did not disappoint, we loved every minute of it!! Joe's and Linda's apartment was just the perfect place for our trip, located in the south side of Kihei, at walking distance to a few beautiful beaches and only a short car ride away from others like Wailea, our favourite spot for snorkeling, Maluaka aka turtle town, Makena, etc. The place itself is super nice fully refurbished were you'll find all you need for your stay including, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Joe gave us some great tips for restaurants and places to visit before hand which contributed to make our stay even easier. All and all we loved staying at Joe & Linda's place and cant wait to come back!

BEST Rental Ever!!!

This place was beyond awesome!! My wife & I stayed here for our wedding week and it exceeded our expectations by far. Place was spotless, modern, well kept, and in a great location. Super bonus: all necessities were fully stocked! Toilet paper, laundry supplies, beach gear (beach chairs, beach umbrellas etc). Kitchen had a full pantry with seasonings, utensils etc you name it. We had EVERYTHING we needed. Thank you host for making our stay comfortable. Hope to stay here everytime I’m in Maui!!!

Maui Paradise

We were lucky enough to meet the owners, Joe and Linda Gatlin while we were in Maui, to thank them personally for letting us stay in their beautiful condo. It was so clean and perfect for two people. Everything seemed new and the bathrooms were gorgeous. Anything you needed was there, beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc..Great location too, as you could walk on the beach and the ocean trails, which we did most mornings. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation

We stayed in the unit for two weeks. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Although it is located at the back of the complex it is close to the pool, tennis courts and BBQ area. We were never disturbed by any noise from these facilities.The Maui Kamaole complex has beautifully maintained gardens and is in a great location for walking to the Kamaole Beaches and Keawakapu Beach (our favourite). It is also close to the main commercial strip in Kihei for shopping and restaurants. However we did enjoy having a rental car to explore more of Maui.We had a wonderful relaxing vacation and hope to be back again soon

Honeymoon - best trip ever!

WOW! what an amazing trip and it definitely was hugely in part of the great experience we had with Joe & Linda. I travel often and NEVER have i ever had owners of a property as communicative, and attention to detail! This space was great, had everything we needed --and they went over the top and brought some extra stuff that wasn't included! Perfectly located, easy to access from other parts of the island. The pools are great too! If you're interested in booking --i would jump at it! You Definitely don't miss out on this gem on the island of Maui thanks again Joe & Linda!

Wonderful Quite Location

Condo is tucked away in a quite location with beautiful surroundings. It's updated with everything new. Kitchen has all the supply's you want to cook breakfast and dinners. Just a few steps outside to bar b que grills made grilling out fun! We visit Kihei several times and this is one of our top condos to stay in. The host was very responsive and had everything laid out at our fingertips for arrival. Nice and cool A/C, TV's in both rooms and shaded lanai. Short drive to very nice beaches and sites. Check in was easy, our own parking spot and ground floor is a bonus since you don't have to lug your bags upstairs. We will be back!
