The condo offers 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, sheets, towels, in-unit laundry, fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, jacuzzi, 2 pools, private terrace, game room, work space, private parking, boogie boards, beach towels, BBQ grill, new stainless steel appliances, air conditioning and 1 bedroom has a private entrance.

Close to downtown Cabo.

Overall this condo was very nice and well layed out. There were 5 of us, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The only complaint we had is the noise of the construction from the road, and no sound proofing from the condo above. Otherwise we had a great stay and the location is awesome. Very walkable to town. Uphill on the way back but still very doable. Very happy with our choice to stay here.

The property was very nice, the property manager was excellent and it was exactly what we expected with the exception of no sun on the balcony and pool area which obviously isn’t anyone’s fault. We had a lovely stay.

Great Place to Stay

We had stayed at the condo with two other couples. It had three bedrooms three bathrooms. They were excellent lots of cleaning supplies lots of essentials. They even left us drinks in the fridge for a welcome gift. Cindy was amazing. She call Dan to see if there’s anything we needed from time to time and how our day was. It is a busy street so it was kind of loud in the morning, unfortunately, the pools were not heated, but we did use the gym every day.Very close to downtown. It’s like a four minute walk to the marina. Excellent excellent location but very hilly!!!

Great condo in a great location!!

Before we even arrived, Cindy the property manager was so helpful! She gave us a great recommendation for transportation to and from the airport. Upon arrival, Cindy kept in contact and even met us at the condo to show us around the property. She was so helpful with anything we needed. Even recommending different restaurants around us. Perfect place for everyone’s needs

We had a great time in this Pedregal condo. The property manager, Cindy, was so responsive and very nice. She met us in front of the property when we arrived and gave us a thorough walk through. She sent us some wonderful restaurant recommendations and even came over on short notice to deliver additional TP when we ran out. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, to the Marina and downtown. We also loved having 3 bathrooms for ease of getting ready in the mornings. The large deck overlooking the city was where we spent our time when in the condo. The rooftop and main level pools were too cold to go into when we were there and we did not use the game room although it looked very nice and would be great for people staying with kids. We had everything we needed to grill, cook meals and do laundry at this condo. We appreciated that the condo also had beach towels, shampoo and conditioner as well as some nice lotion. One tip would be to bring ear plugs if you are sleeping in the master bedroom as you will hear loud music at 4 am without them. I always bring ear plugs with me so it wasn’t a problem. The people sleeping in the other 2 rooms didn’t hear a thing. We enjoyed staying in this newer, secure, modern condo. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Cabo!

Lovely

The inside of the property was just as pictured. It was beautiful with great views. The property manager was very nice and attentive. This was a great location and within walking distance of the marina and so many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable.

Great stay in Cabo

The condo was clean, modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The 10 minute walk or quick Uber ride to downtown and marina was a super plus to explore and get a lay of the land. We felt safe walking around. Only have two complaints from our stay: 1. The traffic on week days during the day is insane with work vehicles, cement trucks etc going up and down due to all the construction in Pedregal 2. The pool idles most get any sun and is not heated so is VERY COLD and therefore unusable (except for our 25 year old son who takes cold showers so he didn’t mind it) Overall, was a great condo to stay in if you want to be close to downtown Cabo San Lucas!!! Cindy, the host and property manager was great! Friendly and very communicative:)

Fun Cabo Trip

Location is great. Walking distance to everything you needed. Restaurants shops etc. Condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. Host was very responsive and helpful. Our driver to and from the airport was very nice, and the ride was smooth. Great place to stay when visiting Cabo. Thank you Cindy.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful condo with excellent view of the valley. Everything was in working order. Our internet connection was dropped but was restored quickly. Very convenient location near downtown. Cindy, the apartment manager was extremely nice and most helpful. The only negative was that, apparently there is some construction going on somewhere higher up the hill and the noise from the delivery trucks during the day was quite loud. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.
