We enjoyed all of the appliances and in-unit laundry! We felt very safe. The space was super clean and comfortable. Even when the carbon monoxide alarm was beeping low on battery, the host was able to fix the problem in under 24 hours! I just wish there was a bit more privacy in the bathroom shower like a curtain, and racks/hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Private patio with stunning, million-dollar skyline views and access to a semi-private courtyard. After the 2nd night there was a lot of constant noises throughout the room ask night long. I think it's was the hvac system. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent weekend getaway

My sister wanted a relaxing staycation for her birthday. We spent the weekend relaxing by the pool and in the condo. Was excellent location for restaurants and activities.

Family visit

Great location to downtown. It was exactly what we were looking for in a rental for a week. Quiet and very comfortable we truly enjoyed our stay.

Mother/ Daughter Girls Trip

My daughter and I loved this space. It was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We also enjoyed the more private pool. Property owner was very responsive and checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was good. We would stay there again.

Great stay overall

The condo is SOOOOOO cute. The bathroom/shower/bathtub is just the BEST ever. The beds are beyond comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time in OKC. The location is the only slightly negative but we felt safe and it's nice to have gated parking! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place

We had a conference in town and stayed in these condos which worked out perfect. The condo was in perfect condition, everything you need just like a home away from home. Colton was a great host and if we needed anything or needed to ask questions he responded quickly. Will definitely stay here again when we come to OKC!

Great Condo

The finishes inside the condo are true to the pictures. Communication with the host was friendly and punctual. We found the gated garage to be a nice feature.

Excellent!!

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend. We loved the “Homey” feel of this place! Colton was also amazing at answering any questions we had. Only downside is how steep the hill is into the garage. I definitely recommend this place😊!

Beyond Helpful

We had the best of time!! The location was far enough from the city but close enough to still be in the city. Wonderful restaurants close by and tons of attractions and things to do. The host was so helpful and friendly. He was very prompt with answering us and offering suggestions. The place was very nice and was perfect for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this space is perfect. The location allowed me to do everything I needed and wanted with no more than 15 minutes away and without the freeway. The amenities in the home where steller! And the decor matched to the 2. My stay was 2 weeks and I can’t wait to come back in February!

Home away from home

Our 3rd time staying here. We come to Oklahoma for business 3 times a year. We have officially decided to only stay here or other properties Colton may have! The communication, coziness, and comfort, the amenities and decor are perfect. We do love the space we only leave for work. We prefer to eat in, watch movies, just chill after work. This unit is warm and welcoming. You will miss it when you leave!

This building and property felt secure and I felt very comfortable in parking a rental vehicle in the garage. That said, the exterior of the building is kind of in shambles. Dry rot wood needs to be replaced and lots of brick which needs repainting or power washing. Nice pool area which was clean of debris and litter. Although a warm week in November, one couldn’t use the pool but it did look pretty and well maintained. Seemed like the only spot throughout the public spaces. The entry to the condo was dusty and the fixture at the door hasn’t been cleaned in months like the windows and patio doors. So the entry was dingy feeling but secure. Loved the keypad entry and automatic garage gate opener. The back patio area where the chiminea is, is overgrown with weeds. The gated patio area was filthy. I cleaned off the chairs and patio table to be able to use it. I know there is the Oklahoma wind and all but this was at least weeks long dirt. Cleanliness and stocking up supplies is obviously not their forte. Stepped on a two part toy tank camouflaged by the colorful carpet so it didn’t exude cleanliness on the cleaning crew’s behalf . I had to empty the Dyson vacuum’s dirt/debris container as it was full. Blech! Master closet was in disarray. Bathroom and kitchen counters were clean and so were the bed linens. The couch in the living room has seen better days as the leather is getting “crusty” and crackly. Curtains in the MB seemed insufficient for the lighting outside.

OKC Trip

My husband and I had a great time during our visit to OKC. The condo was clean and so pretty! Colton was responsive and helpful whenever we needed him. He checked in on us during the trip to make sure we were doing well. Location is super close to Bricktown where we spent most of our time. We had great food and a great time. We would stay here again!
