Everything is as advertised here and better. If you love old buildings you'll love this wonderful, spacious & light filled apt. Kitchen filled with all needed for cooking/eating. Parking is gated and secure. Entry is simple with no fussy locks etc. Location is fantastic for access to shops and restaurants tho on an extremely quiet street. We will return !

I was not able to access my accommodations. The note that the “main entrance closes after 6” implied that there were other entrances after six. However, that was not the case for my visit. I called the host and it said the phone was disconnected. I messaged the host, and the response I received later that morning was that she was in Europe. My sister and I were stranded outside at 2 in the morning after my flight was delayed, with no access to the building. I had to get a hotel for the night. When I came back the next morning to figure it out, the host was unavailable due to being in Europe, and the two contacts that she connected me with had either never been to visit the area, so they couldn’t help and the other person was busy with a baby shower. The host didn’t even bother getting my name right in the initial message. Just disappointed, as I’ve never had a bad Vrbo experience before this.

Loved it!

My girlfriends and I came and stayed at the property and it was perfect for walking to breakfast at Harvey’s! It was clean and laid out well plenty of room and we would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Super clean and great location!

This apartment was spotless clean and very comfortable. We stayed here with friends, but this is a very family friendly place to stay as well. Location is perfect for coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in OKC

This 2bed/2bath apartment was perfect for our family of three. Perfect location to get to the Convention Center for our daughters cheer competition. It was great to have the kitchen so we could relax in the morning and evening without having to go out if we didn’t want to. Property manager sent out clear instructions on checking in/out. Definitely recommend.

Light and airy is right ! The natural light in the room was very uplifting and beautiful!

It was very close, walking distance to anything you might possibly need or want ! Very close to the OK Hall of Fame , churches, restaurants etc Comfy decorations. Beds were great !

We were in town to drop our daughter off at college. It was the perfect spot, clean, comfy and quiet! Walkable to lots of stuff and we appreciated the secure parking.

Stay during horse show

My daughter and I stayed here during the AQHA World show. Very comfortable place to come home to after a long day. Nice, secure parking. Easy access to local resturants.

Very spacious and clean condo

Condo was as described and in a very convenient location to downtown. It was stocked well w all the basics and we could not have asked for more. We had a great stay and would stay here again if ever back in Oklahoma City.

Great weekend away

Great location to downtown OKC. Very clean cute little apartment. Also wheel chair accessible with your own bathroom chairs. So much better than staying in a hotel. And if you get a sweet tooth in the middle of the night insomnia cookie will deliver!

I am an interior designer and work with an urban re development group . We have re purposed, re imagined several historic properties as well as new infill construction in OKC's downtown area. We have contributed to rebuilding the inner core of Oklahoma City and it is emerging as a thriving and energetic environment.

We are open & friendly people, who in turn expect to host friendly and honest people. We love our rescue cats and dogs like the family they are to us. We consider ourselves good company, good humor, open-minded, collaborative and hopefully useful when giving directions to the city so that you feel comfortable and safe in Oklahoma City.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We bought this building at a sheriff's auction in 1997. It had been vacant and abandoned for over 25 years. the homeless , cats and raccoons had set up residence.
The whole district around had been blighted and without any care or redlined from investment. It took 11 years to find a willing entity to finance the renovation. But it happened and it helped kick start everything around it that makes you want to be here.

Very central to everything in Downtown and very close to all the traffic corridors in around OKC. 2018 will be start of street car access one block away.
It is a gorgeous building with wonderful finishes you can't afford to put in new construction today. The italian mosaic floor is an original feature from 1929.
